2000 Sq ft walkout basement to sprawl out in, with 4-bedrooms 2 baths and open floorplan to entertain. Swim Spa, Ping pong & Air Hokey for entertainment. Amazing views to take your breath away! Only 20 minutes from Zion National Park. We will take the worry out of your vacation so you can sit back, relax and enjoy! We are central to Bryce Canyon, Grand Canyon, Snow Canyon, & many other hidden gems. Home is within walking distance to a park, grocery store, restaurants, coffee shop, spa services, yoga, and Virgin River trails. Yoga and Foot Zoning services available in house by appointment. We have over a decade of experience in this area and services available in house to make your memories last. We can arrange in house yoga, foot zoning, or massage. Wanting to get outside, we offer outdoor yoga, sound baths and meditation. Feeling adventurous, book one of our guided trips such as, canyoneering, Mtn biking, e-biking, rock climbing, or rental gear for the narrows.

Amazing views, house was clean with everything we needed in the kitchen, and host was friendly/responsive. I would book again for myself and a larger group. The hot tub is huge and well kept.

Great experience! You are downstairs with people above you, but you still have plenty of privacy! Parking was also perfect! I typically do not enjoy hot tubs/pools that much, but the swim spa was amazing after hiking in Zion.

Beautiful family vacation

This home was everything we needed and more. It is very well equipped. The host was excellent to work with. The swim spa was great at the end of a long day of hiking. I highly recommend this beautiful home. We only rented the basement which had 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The living room, dining area and kitchen were huge. It was great to have access to a gas grill for dinners.

Perfect stay

The property had plenty of space for our family of 5. Love the hot tub and the view to the city. The location was great: easy to get to Zion, Hurricane, Cedar City but in a small town out of the hustle and bustle! Would recommend!

Zion National Park Visit

We had a wonderful time staying in the lower level of this lovely home. It is spotlessly clean with plenty space for family and friends to spend time together. The huge west facing patio/porch offers a perfect view to watch the sun set. We hated to leave!

Family Vacation

Very beautiful place to view the sunset after your day in Zion! Gorgeous swim and hot tub, large enough for our big family! Super comfortable beds! Lots of games were provided for our enjoyment! We enjoyed our time here!

Perfect stay while visiting zion

Cleanliness was above and beyond. The views on the back patio are amazing. a beautiful 20 min drive to zion and one hour from peekaboo slot canyon. grocery and gas is one minute away from the home. wifi, hot water, swim spa was all perfect! Thanks!!

Great Zion Getaway

Nice rustic mountain feel. Town with easy to find groceries and gas. Easy 30 min drive to Zion main entrance. Less than 1 hr to Cedar Breaks and 2.5 hrs to Bryce Canyon. Perfect for families of 4 up to 10 to make a "home base" for hiking and sight seeing.

Close to Zion beautiful nite lights overlooking town

Was a great place to stay while we did day trips to Zion. Accommodations were wonderful and the house had everything we needed for cooking. Bedrooms were very comfortable. We really enjoyed the back patio at night with sunset views and night lights.

25 Minutes from Zion

The house fit two families perfectly, total of 7 people. It could have easily comfortably slept a few more as well. It was about 20-25 minutes to Zion, and much more affordable vs. staying in Springdale. One small issue we had was that it is the first floor of a two story building, and we could hear kids running above us quite a bit.

Great location with incredible view

Great fit for our family of 6 and a dog. Wonderful hot tub on back patio with incredible view. Nice comfortable furnishings and wonderful kitchen. Would definitely stay here again. Note: If you are handicapped and can't do stairs, this property might not work for you.
