Beds are appointed with crisp linens and big puffy pillows, cozy blankets for curling up. The game room was a popular hang out-recliners and big TV were amazing! The kitchen was stocked with everything and plenty of room to seat everyone for a meal.

We had space for everyone to comfortably eat together at the dining table and to spend quality time playing pool and watching football in the basement! Katie is extremely communicative and gave us some great tips prior to the trip for packing and local activities. Beautiful view and area was so peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed the fire pit and game room. Beds were comfortable and home was clean. Our little ones loved the little teepee bed and we appreciated this rental is dog friendly. I would recommend!

We had a wonderful stay and loved the house and the beautiful Mountain View. The house was well equipped and had everything we needed. Katie was very responsive and gave lots of ideas for restaurants and activities in the area. Our granddaughters loved hiking and the playground at Cacapon State Park. They also really enjoyed playing in the Springs in town and the candy shop.

We were very impressed with our accommodations – clean, comfortable, spacious, and sunny (except on the rainy day) with a great view. Our host, Katie, answered questions promptly both before and during our stay. We are all older and appreciated that most of the bedrooms and the main rooms are on the first floor with easy access to the parking lot – we did not have to carry our boxes and suitcases up or down stairs. And for the times we wanted to use the game room, the stairs had a sturdy handrail. The kitchen was well equipped. We would definitely recommend this place and this host.

This house was absolutely wonderful. From the open kitchen, to the comfortable beds to the view from the back deck, we could not have asked for more. And Katie is one of the nicest, responsive and helpful hosts I’ve communicated with. What an absolutely gorgeous place with unbelievable views off the balcony! We really enjoyed our spring break there with lots of hiking outings and zip lining not too far away.

Nice house but would have been nice to be able to use the indoor fireplace as it was snowing while there. Jacuzzi water was cloudy. Kitchen items too worn for price of rental. Nice game room but for price should provide basic cable. House was clean and had amazing view.

VIEWS!!!! This house is the best kept secret in Berkley Springs, WV. The views of the mountain speak for themselves and would be amazing at any time of year!We chose this town and house for our annual girls winter getaway and it did not disappoint. It was super relaxing and a quaint little town. Restaurants, shops, spas, breweries, etc. If you are looking for a low key weekend, it’s worth a visit. Katie (the host) is the sweetest person and remained in contact throughout our whole stay. Below freezing temps outside caused a few issues with the hot tub, but they were resolved within 24 hours and we were able to enjoy it. Proof on Washington is where we had dinner when we did venture out. Request Mary as your server. You won’t be disappointed in her or the food. They also have 100’s of bourbons if you’re into that. We had an awesome time! Thanks again.

Fall Getaway

The view is spectacular! The house is as advertised. Beds are comfortable. Our grandkids loved the game room. Location is great for visiting Cacapon State Park and downtown Berkeley Springs.

Once again everything about 20 Apache Heights was perfect. First night there was a small issue and it was taken care of immediately. Our entire family loves this property and are looking forward to staying a third, forth, fifth...time.

Spacious comfortable home with a gorgeous view

Perfect get away for relaxation with the family. House accommodated an array of ages comfortably. Large multifunction deck for the adults to sit and talk whole the children ran and played - in leu of backyard. Fire pit was nice.

Fun Fall Getaway

My wife and I invited some friends and family out to celebrate her birthday. We had an amazing time, and were very comfortable here. The stunning view surprisingly was not dampened by a bit of rain. The place was very clean and there was a lot to do in the house. Definitely a 5 star stay!
