The home and yard were wrell maintained and all were well decorated and thoughtfully set up to ensure an enjoyable experience.The home was nicely decorated and well designed.It was very comfortable for both enjoying time wirh family and working as needed, with easy access to the town and freeways.The yard had both a beautiful deck as well as a nice fire pit area for spending time outside with family. Both were also set up well for a pet friendly safe and secure stay.Finally, the hosts were friendly and professional durilng all communications and provided all responses in a timely manner. They made the entire process and made the entire experience very enjoyable!

It was fine except for a couple of things. One, there is only Roku for TV channels. There are no local channels available. We were told we could sign into Spectrum with our personal username and password. We will not use our personal user name and password on an TV that is owned by someone else. This is a security risk for renters. Also, there was only one large pan and one small pan to cook with. There are no pots to cook with unless you want to use a large soup pot to cook rice in. We had to go home and get our own pots. I would suggest the ad say bring your own cookware and unless you are a Roku fan, don’t plan on seeing any TV. I would not list this home as charming. Just average. It did have a spacious fenced back yard, nice for your pet. We picked up all of our pet’s waste but there was were piles that had not been picked up.

this is our second day, as always it was nice and comfortable. We particularly like the securely fenced backyard. It’s great for our two small dogs.

Cute, well kept, comfy beds, amazing fenced in backyard and deck, great kitchen, nice laundry facilities right off the kitchen.Easy to get to 70 from this quiet get away.

The Hideway

We had an enjoyable, relaxing time at "The Hideaway" in Hillsborough. Great place for humans and their pets. The accommodations of two bedrooms, two bathrooms worked very well for us and our dogs loved the large enclosed backyard.

A wonderful touchdown space!

We had to relocate temporarily from our home, and this house served as a great home base. The property managers are very responsive, the house was very clean, and my dogs enjoyed the fenced in back yard.

Great Place

Home and property was clean and well supplied. Fenced yard for pets was nice. Location in a safe neighborhood, grocery store and gas are very close. Hillsborough is a cute little town within 15 min. of Chapel Hill and Durham. We will stay here again!

Great location and SUPER clean!

My family visited Hillsborough and stayed at this location over Christmas 2023. They were VERY impressed with the location, size, and cleanliness of the home. The only complaint they had was that the fridge was not working. However, they were able to use the outdoor fridge to keep all their perishables cold and the owners did offer to buy ice, which was not necessary. The owners were also very responsive to my emails. Definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Comfy and convenient

Nicely updated home. On fairly well traveled road but on corner of side street of small neighborhood so we were able to walk our dog there. Also, very close to town so could use walking paths after a short drive. Large fenced backyard as well. Beds were comfy as was the large sectional sofa. Kitchen fully furnished. Owner very responsive to questions. Would definitely stay there again.

Great house in the Research Triangle area

My brother and I stayed 5 nights at this house while attending the Blue Ridge Rock Festival up at the Virginia International Raceway. It was a perfect place for the two of us since we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The house had everything we needed... wifi, nice kitchen, spacious deck great for hanging out, a dining room and living room with smart TV... It was a great base of operations for a long, fun weekend!
