This comfortable professionally decorated 2 bedroom 2 bath townhome is the perfect place to relax. Enjoy watching the waves from your sofa while lounging in the living room. The well equipped kitchen is perfect for a quick meal. The master bedroom also has wonderful Atlantic ocean views. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee and watch the sunrise from your large balcony.

This 2nd floor townhome with elevator access has breath taking views of the ocean and pool from the balcony. Both bedrooms are located on the 2nd level along with one bathroom, the 2nd bath is downstairs and offers a walk-in shower. Sit back and relax in the comfy sofa and chair. Plenty of space for your entire family!

Awesome ocean view townhome located on Saint Augustine Beach at Spanish Trace. This townhome is as close to oceanfront as it gets! Fantastic views of the ocean and pool from your living room, bedroom and balcony. Close to all the amenities Saint Augustine Beach has to offer. Walk to the "World Famous" Oasis Restaurant and Bar as well as several other establishments.

Spanish Trace offers lighted tennis and shuffleboard courts.

From your townhome, you’re less than 100 steps to the ocean, with the pool in between. There are beach area showers, so you can spray off that excess sugar sand on your way back into your townhome.

A one time parking fee of $15 (cash) will be charged and collected by the on site office at the complex.

My boyfriend and I had an amazing time. The condo was clean, spacious, and the location was perfect. We could not have been closer to the beach! Highly recommend! We will be back.

Fantastic getaway!

This was the finest condo I’ve stayed in! Perfectly situated to enjoy the beach or the pool because both are steps away. It’s basically brand new and had the comfiest beds and anything in the kitchen you could want to use to cook for yourself. We had the best time eating breakfast on the deck and spending all day on the beach!

Beautifully decorated Condo

This property was beautiful and comfortable! We loved having the view of the ocean and being steps away from it. We also really enjoyed the pool which was the perfect temperature. We appreciated that there were 2 beach chairs at the property since we traveled by plane and the kitchen had everything we needed. Would highly recommend this unit!

Amazing

The condo has undergone a complete renovation and it is beautiful. It is better than the pictures! Check in was a breeze and everyone was super friendly. The bedrooms are large and the balcony was a hit with everyone; you can not only see the water but hear it! We will definitely be back!

There was only two toilet paper for four day stay. One paper towel Two trash bags No cutting board No tea kettle Two dish washing pod Two wash machine pod No hand soup - Palmolive soap I have stayed in other places and it looked that the host didn’t care to provide any extra touches for the guests.

We are so disappointed that you left us a 1-star rating. You stayed in a spectacular condo. Unlike hotels, most Vacation Rentals provide a starter supply of needed items, which is clearly stated in the rental agreement you received and signed. Hopefully, you enjoyed your stay, and you were able to enjoy the wonderful ocean views from this completely renovated and stylish condo!

steps from the beach

wonderful updated condo just steps from the beach. check in process was quick and easy, and the condo had everything we could ask for. one of the best kitchens in the condos we’ve rented so far. plan on driving to get to most restaurants and coffee but the condo is convenient to most restaurants within a 10 min drive. a small suggestion: hanging shower caddies or small wall shelves would increase storage space in the bathrooms. if a couple is sharing a bathroom, space becomes premium very quickly. also, blackout curtains for the front bedroom upstairs would be appreciated for light-sensitive sleepers.
