MINIMUM AGE: 25!! SORRY NO PARTY GROUPS -NO BACHELOR OR BACHELORETTE PARTIES!!!
This beautiful home is the perfect getaway for a family vacation! New to owner fall 2022, will continue posting updates and photos!
Located at the 1 mm of Grand Glaize Arm, tucked in a no wake cove. Quick drive to all shopping and restaurants in Osage Beach!
Sleeps 12 total. 4 bedrooms. 7 beds - 3 king, 1 queen, 1 queen sleeper sofa, 2 twin
Dock has a table for 6, bar with fridge and bar stools, 2 boat slips (11x44 and 9x36), 1 PWC slip, swim ladder, swim platform, pedal boat, and lily pad!
Plenty of parking in front of house and top of the driveway in front of shed. Trailer parking allowed there is also electric, and water hook up at the shed driveway. Sorry shed and house garage are not available.
Upper level has full sized kitchen, dining table for 4 and 4 barstools, laundry room, half bath, living room with sofa 2 chairs, flat screen TV, and electric fireplace. Master bedroom with king bed, flat screen TV, 2 closets, walk-in shower, double sink, and an additional sunroom off bedroom with 2 chairs, reclining love seat, electric fireplace, and flat screen TV.
Lower level living room has an electric fireplace, flat screen TV, sleeper queen sofa, extra seating, and door to the deck and dock. The dry bar area has 4 barstools, a table with additional 4 chairs, and another flat screen TV. A full bath sets between the 2 back bedrooms. Another master suite sets to the back with king bed, flat screen TV, and full bath with walk in shower. The other bedroom has a queen bed, 2 twin bunk beds, and a flat screen TV. The 3rd lower bedroom just off the living room has a king bed, flat screen TV, and sliding doors to the back deck.
The deck has table with 4 chairs, outdoor sectional sofa, and gas grill.
No pets allowed.
Sleeps 8-12.

Gorgeous house and dock! Perfect for our family of 5 with older kids. We loved the kayaks, paddle board and lily pads those were a fun bonus! Our friends with boats were very impressed with the dock and how easy it was to come pick us up. :) The house was extremely clean, lovely and had everything we could want. Would definitely stay here again!

Great family getaway

We had a great long weekend with our adult kids and 2 grandkids. The house had plenty of room, kitchen had everything we needed, nice deck to spend time on and great dock with kayaks, pedal boat, lily pad and floaties etc. it was located in a nice neighborhood and very quick and easy to get to.

Lake house with doc

Had the very best time at the lake house on Osage beach. Some of my highlights were going out to the doc to enjoy my morning coffee, walks through the neighbourhood and close access to state park and spacious gathering areas for our group to hang out. Would definitely recommend this stay!!

100% Amazing

This house had it all!! Very clean, amazing shower in the master (one of my favorite parts lol) the dock in the back yard, plenty of space for the 11 of us! If I needed anything they responded quickly!

Second time to stay here.

We really enjoy staying here, the dock, house and trailer parking is great to accommodate our needs. Tanner is really easy to get a hold of with any parking issues.

Roomy, clean and relaxing

A group of 11 of us (teenagers and up) stayed at this property. It was perfect! Very clean, comfortable, relaxing and the private dock was our favorite. Would definitely recommend this property!

Wonderful 4th of July Trip

After staying at many VBRO's in the area this is one our families top 2. Sarah was great to work with. The house was amazing. The house had everything we needed and more. I'm always concerned about what's available to cook. This house had everything you would need to cook, bake and more. The house was extremely clean. The dock was so relaxing and quiet for a morning breakfast / coffee to fishing off the dock in the evenings. It honestly felt like a home away from home. The other families in the cove were so friendly. We loved sitting out there. We will defiantly stay here again.

Great Location

Beautiful property to stay on your lake vacation. Easy access from highway 54. Private dock to moore your boat. Convenient acess on the lake to the state park area and to the restaurants in the main channel. House was well laid out with plenty of room. The only word of caution, i can provide, would be the amount of stairs in the house if you are traveling with people that have difficulty navigating stairs. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone with a boat wanting to be on the lake.
