Good place, good location, and the dock is great! We had a great time and the dock is amazing for water activities or just hanging out. We would certainly stay here again. Shari and Randy were easy to communicate with and offered to let us check in early since the property was clean and unoccupied which we thought was a great perk to offer.

Tim and his group were perfect guests. I highly recommend them. Quiet, very neat and clean, respectful of neighbors and property, great communication. They even volunteered to fix a microwave that broke during their stay. Tim is welcome anytime and I highly recommend him for others.

My family has been renting vacation homes at the lake for the last 10 years and this house has gotten a unanimous “favorite” vote! Perfect location for both driving and boating. We were 10 minutes from the strip and lots of dining by car. Perfect placement in a big cove to not have rough water but not far enough back to have to deal with accumulating lake debris. Incredible dock with space for swimmers, fishers and loungers to still be together. The home was clean and stocked with anything we needed. The hosts were quick to respond and very friendly. We travelled with three adults and five kids aged 7-15. Everyone had the space they needed and things to keep them entertained inside and outside. Well decorated, comfy beds, lots of extra pillows, blankets and towels. Truly felt like being at home. Huge thank you to the owners for sharing their lovely place!

House, dock, cove, location and host were all excellent. The house is easy and fast to get to. All hard surface roads. Sufficient driveway parking. My family of five stayed for about one week and had a wonderful time. The house was clean. The dock was great for the kids to swim and fish from. The cove was calm and great for swimming.

We have vacationed at the Lake of the Ozarks with our family for 35 years and have many happy memories of our time at the lake. Upon retirement, we decided to purchase a home at the lake to enjoy more time with family and friends and to share with others. From the moment we first saw this house, we knew it was the one for us. We love that it is in a no wake deep water cove which creates a beautiful and safe environment for all water activities. It has beautiful lake views with a wall of windows lakefront. The dock size and house size can easily accommodate our extended family and grandchildren. We hope that you will enjoy the house and create as many happy memories as we have!

This truly is an unbeatable location at the lake. The house is centrally located both by land and by water (13 mile marker) in one of the nicest coves at the lake. We are located off of Highway MM, AKA the community bridge and less than 10 minutes to major attractions including the historic Bagnell Dam Strip, golf course, marina, and countless restaurants and entertainment spots. There is a public boat launch less than a mile from us.

This house has a lot with a gentle slope and only 7 stairs from the house to the dock. We love the open and airy feel inside with a wall of windows lakefront and a 2 story vaulted ceiling.
