With a gentle slope to the water, this property offers easy lake and dock access with minimal steps. Whether you're launching a kayak, lounging on the dock, fishing, or watching the kids play in the yard, every inch of this property is designed to invite connection and relaxation. Enjoy the perfect blend of peaceful relaxation and exciting entertainment within this centrally located no wake, deep water cove property. Huge dock with 16x38 slip, huge swim platform, diving platform, kayaks and floats, paddle board, lily pad, floats, and generous outdoor seating for 16 on dock and for 14 on deck. Public boat ramp is a mile away. This 4 bedroom, 2 bath house with an open and airy feeling and wall of lakefront windows create the ideal space for a family vacation or gathering of friends.
Downstairs includes a large great room with an open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen along with a master bedroom, bathroom, and laundry room. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms, bathroom, and a reading nook. Fully stocked kitchen with dining areas inside and outside.
Bedroom #1 on lower level has king bed, lake views, patio door access to the deck, and an adjoining bathroom.
Bedroom #2 on upper level has a king bed and lake views.
Bedroom #3 on upper level has a full bed and a daybed with lake views
Bedroom 4 in upper level has 2 twin beds.
In addition to the bedrooms, additional sleeping space includes 2 queen sleeper sofas in the living room, an air mattress, and a pack and play.
All bedrooms plus the living room have smart TVs with 168 Spectrum channels plus additional streaming options.
The private driveway can easily accommodate 4 vehicles. Can fit 6 vehicles if parked behind other cars. Please note that the garage is for owner storage and is not available for guests.

We are Randy and Shari Blattler from Oskaloosa, IA. We have 3 children with families and 7 grandchildren.
We have vacationed at the Lake of the Ozarks with our family for 35 years and have many happy memories of our time at the lake. Upon retirement, we decided to purchase a home at the lake to enjoy more time with family and friends and to share with others. From the moment we first saw this house, we knew it was the one for us. We love that it is in a no wake deep water cove which creates a beautiful and safe environment for all water activities. It has beautiful lake views with a wall of windows lakefront. Voici pourquoi lâhĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement
This truly is an unbeatable location at the lake. The house is centrally located both by land and by water (13 mile marker) in one of the nicest coves at the lake. We are located off of Highway MM, AKA the community bridge and less than 10 minutes to major attractions including the historic Bagnell Dam Strip, golf course, marina, and countless restaurants and entertainment spots. There is a public boat launch less than a mile from us.

This house has a lot with a gentle slope and only 8 stairs from the house to the dock. We love the open and airy feel inside with a wall of windows lakefront and a 2 story vaulted ceiling.
