The house has plenty of rooms, the kitchen equipped with everything you need and the dinning room is quite spaced to sit 12 people for dinner.

It's starting to show its age but there is still a lot of space here. It needs a good remodeling//fixing//cleaning but it's still a great format for a lot of guests, which is why we've been coming back for 3 years.

Fun weekend in the poconos

We absolutely loved our stay at Sani’s place. There was plenty of space for our large group and the hot tub was a huge hit. Also had all the materials we needed to cook a simple breakfast and dinner. If we ever return to the poconos, we definitely would consider staying here again.

Great Skiing House

The house is both spacious and comfortable providing a great deal of amenities. Its proximity to Camelback and the surrounding town make it perfect for quick drives. Overall our stay was great besides a couple minor issues which the host was able to communicate and solve quickly.

Ski Trip

This house was beautiful. There were so many bedrooms and bathrooms, and all of the TVs, the pool table and air hockey table, and the sauna were such nice features. This house holds 10 but could seriously hold as many as 15-16 guests. Sani was very personable and friendly. For the price, this place was amazing. Rent it if you can!

Always a good stay with Sani in their super accommodating and spacious house. However, I did ask the owner if they had fixed the 3 things I had noticed were either not working or needed to be fixed from our stay here last year and they assured me these three issues were fixed. 2/3 were not. It was a little disappointing. I love the house. It's perfect for what me and my friends need but it needs some work in some areas.

Nice but not the cleanest

The house was very nice and had many bedrooms. The kitchen and the basement was very very nice as well and gave my group a great night however the one complaint was the cleanliness of the house. The kitchen and the basement were all very clean and the entire house was clean except for some of the bedrooms and the shower. The sheets were not that clean and the shower floors were a bit dirty as well. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would come back IF the bedrooms were cleaner.

Good time at Sani's

Nothing is perfect. The top floor shower/tub didn't work. The hot tub never got hot. The A/C and heat were constantly battling against one another on a hot August weekend for some reason. It also rained all weekend so we were stuck inside for the whole weekend. It is what it is. I accept that. But even the stuff that wasn't perfect wasn't a big deal. The house was spacious. Clean. And everyone had a good time. And at the end of the day, That's all that matters. Thank you, Sani! We had a good time!

The space of the property for a large family is great. The hot tub and grill outside was the best part everyone enjoyed. The suna in the basement do work but need a deep clean. There were live spiders and cobwebs in the suna room. The house itself is big and beautiful, but over all you can see the damage and tears throughout the home. The cleanliness of the home need to be improved for sure. The floor were dirty and the sheet on the beds had stains and smell like body odor. I had to re-wash the sheets on the beds before using it and try to clean the floors. You can hear and see the home have a plumbing issue. The owner really need to look into that before it get worst. Overall, quiet area not to far from the water parks and hiking area.

Host was very commutative. House has all the nessecities and the garage was fun and added another hang out area. There was a few things that needed fixing but otherwise perfect vacation.
