Welcome to Heidaway Cottage, hosted by Simple Life Rentals! Located on 100 feet of private Green Bay waterfront, guests will fall in love with this home all year long. This 4-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom cottage provides the comforts of home with a multiple sleeping options, a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable gathering places, in addition to all that waterfront living offers.

Whether you are enjoying the views from the pier, a cozy bonfire at night, water fun with the paddle boards, kayaks or floating water pad, or the views from the deck, you will enjoy the serenity of the bay. Added fun features include a ping pong table, outdoor speakers and bikes. Enjoy the private, quiet surroundings with vacant land across the street and only 3 houses from the end of the road. The cottage is only a 5 minute drive to Idlewild Golf Course, 10 minute drive to Haines Beach and a quick 12 minute drive to downtown Sturgeon Bay.

Bathroom 1 (main level): Full bathroom includes a walk in shower, toilet and sink
Bathroom 2 (upper level): half bathroom

Water Access:
100 feet of private Green Bay waterfront
85-foot dock (typically installed end of May through early September)
Bench, table, 2 chairs and umbrella at end of pier
Small watercraft or boat may be docked at pier during daytime only (no docking overnight)
Water is approximately 4 feet deep at the end of the dock
Bay bottom is rocky, water shoes recommended

- 1 outdoor deck overlooks bay on lakeside plus a deck in front of the house

Parking for 3 vehicles in driveway. No room for trailer parking.

For Watercraft's, we recommend Wave Pointe Marina, which is right next to the public boat launch as it offers daily slip rentals as well as a swimming pool.

Amenity + damage protection waiver includes:
-Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. (Please bring your own beach towels)
-A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom.
-PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).

Home Truths:
No overnight watercraft parking is allowed on the dock/ pier as the water is too rough.
No parking in garage.

This home is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors and municipal restrictions, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, weddings, or other gatherings.
