Beautiful and cozy house in the Arboleda Residential, ideal to spend a few days with your family and friends. We invite you to enjoy the incredible city of Queretaro with all the comforts and attention you need to relax. The space is lovingly prepared for your arrival, it has spacious rooms, kitchen, dining room, living room with Smart Tv, BBQ and backyard, besides enjoying swimming pool, terrace area, courts and playgrounds. Restaurants, plazas and more at your fingertips!
When you arrive at the Residential La Arboleda booth, you will need to show an identification and give the address where you are going. We kindly ask you to share with us your approximate arrival time. Our staff will meet you at the entrance of the property to hand over the keys and welcome you as you deserve :) We have 2 parking spaces reserved for you. The subdivision where the property is located is secure and totally private (controlled access). It has 24hrs security. Welcome!
Our neighbors are very important to us, so we ask you to be very respectful and reduce noise between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Thank you very much for your support! Additional services: Cleaning fee: $350 MXN Good news! The property has a grill, we recommend bringing a bag of charcoal and utensils. Reservations are required to use the swimming pool. Some staff members live here, so we will be attentive to anything we can do to complement your stay. An additional cleaning fee will be charged for long stay reservations (+8 days) for every additional week
The drive from Queretaro International Airport to the property is approximately 45 minutes. We suggest you arrive by car. You can take a taxi at the airport, use mobility apps or rent a car from one of the agencies when you land.
The house is spacious, fresh and welcomes you clean and equipped for your comfort. It has: 3 bedrooms with double bed and closet. The master bedroom has a balcony. 2 full bathrooms and half bathroom with towels, hygiene amenities, hair dryer and clothes iron. Fully equipped kitchen to cook all your food and snacks. Filter coffee maker to enjoy your morning coffee. Dining room for 7 people Living room with double sofa bed and Smart TV so you don't miss your favorite shows. Backyard with portable BBQ Grill Washing machine and cleaning tools 2 parking spaces Wi Fi In the subdivision you can make use of amenities for the whole family, including heated swimming pool, terrace area, courts and playgrounds.
