Ce, de trois chambres, de deux ans et une demi-salle de bain maison confortable est situĂ© sur la magnifique Rollingstone Ranch (formellement Sheraton) terrain de golf, offrant un cadre vĂ©ritablement paisible et belle. La plate-forme offre des vues incroyables de la Flat Top Montagnes et Yampa Valley. Dans la matinĂ©e, des ballons Ă  air chaud de couleurs vives peuvent ĂȘtre vus lancer dans la distance. En hiver, le golf devient un centre de ski de randonnĂ©e cross-country soignĂ©. Vous pouvez aussi regarder du renard dans le matin et le soir car ils font du porte Ă  porte pour documents des voisins!

Cette maison meublée avec goût est situé à un mile de la base de Steamboat Mountain et est à quelques minutes de l'agitation du centre-ville. Il ya un spacieux, garage pour deux voitures. Le niveau principal a une cuisine complÚte, salle à manger, salle d'eau, et un salon avec un canapé-lit. Il ya une salle de bain privé fermé chaud à travers les portes coulissantes en verre à cÎté du salon. Le centre de loisirs dispose d'une télévision par cùble, magnétoscope, lecteur DVD, et une chaßne stéréo.

A l'Ă©tage, il ya trois chambres: le maĂźtre spacieuse qui contient un lit king-size, la tĂ©lĂ©vision par cĂąble, et terrasse privĂ©e; une grande chambre seconde avec un lit queen-size ainsi et une troisiĂšme chambre chĂ©ri avec un ensemble de lits jumeaux qui affichent des montagnes sculptĂ©es sur les planches de la tĂȘte. Les salles de bains offrent des comptoirs en granit avec des carreaux de cĂ©ramique et ardoise.

Notre amoureusement entretenu maison de ville a été une source constante de plaisir pour nous. Steamboat a tout pour ce que vous cherchez en vacances! Outre la meilleure poudre de champagne dans l'ensemble du Colorado pour le ski alpin, il n'y a pas lieu plus unique que les sources d'eau chaude en plein air à Strawberry Park. Il ya des miles de sentiers ouverts à la randonnée, raquettes, ou du ski de fond. Motoneiges et traßneaux à chiens sont disponibles si vous préférez vous détendre pour profiter de la beauté de la nature. Et, vous ne serez pas déçu par les commerces et restaurants fabuleux qui offrent une variété d'expériences culinaires délicieuses.

Check in was super simple and house was immaculate. Appreciated the mid-stay clean arranged for us. Sitting on the back deck having coffee in the cool summer mornings was delightful. Kitchen amenities were superb, as was rest of the house. Neighbor loaned a flashlight when power was out. Great place to stay.

Amazing!!

We really enjoyed this property! Great location! Minutes to Steamboat ski resort and the town area! We would 100 perfect book this place again. One thing to note is this property was very clean and that’s always high on my list of things I love! Don’t sleep on this property!

Beautiful mountain retreat!

We loved our stay! Very quiet and peaceful. Wonderful view among aspen trees and even a cute little stream. Well stocked updated kitchen. Comfortable beds and adorable mountain decor. Highly recommended.

Good location with view of golf course and mountains. Easy access to town, parks and Fisher Falls. Great appliances in kitchen. Comfortable furnishings. Would be our first choice next time.

Beautiful home

Loved the property. Beautiful, clean home. Nice and spacious. Beautiful view. Loved sitting on the deck in the evenings. There was a crazy Turkey running around on the golf course every night.

Bday Ski Trip with Friends

This was a wonderful property. Was very clean and tidy when we arrived. Everything in the listing was accurate. Had everything in a kitchen necessary to cook all meals desired to be cooked. Location was top notch for getting to free ski lot parking. Snow removal was prompt and never had any issues in the driveway. Property owner was easy to communicate with and would definitely recommend this home and would easily rent from this owner again!

Loved the place great fit for 4 adults and 3 kids. Hot tub could have been a little bigger but was so nice to come back and soak after skiing. Plenty of kitchen things and towels. Garage was great to store all ski stuff in. Hope to come back in Summer. Great location to ski hill and to downtown shops.

Great Steamboat Home for Adventure

My group of friends and family recently stayed at this house - it was really wonderful and perfect. It was wonderful to be able to have ample parking for our large group. The kitchen was well appointed. We loved lingering on the patio after dinner and with our morning coffee. Only wish was to have an oscillating fan in the bedrooms. The primary suite had a great ceiling fan, but the other bedrooms got a little stuffy in the summer heat. My family and friends loved this home and said they'd hope we could book again next year!

Merry Christmas in Steamboat Springs

I lost my husband two years ago just before Christmas. My Son and Daughter with their spouses and kids decide to make this year a celebration. Our accommodations were top notch and our host was so helpful giving us recommendations. We are from Charleston S C and this trip brought us such Joy during the holiday season. Thank you, thank you , thank you. Would love to make this a yearly trip. My grandkids, Oliver 7 and Penny 5 felt as if they were in a magical place. My heart is filled with Joy.

Perfect for our Family

We had a great time in Steamboat and the property was perfect for our family of 7. The view off the deck was amazing! We enjoyed the hot tub after our hikes or just to relax in the evenings! We would definelty stay again!!

Perfect family ski house

The house was great! Newly renovated kitchen was perfect for cooking for our family. Hot tub room with a view of the valley and mountains was dreamy. Beds were comfortable. House was very clean. Heated garage was a luxury. Less than five minute drive to the mountain. Amy was super easy to communicate with. This place is a gem. It was my wife and I and our two teenage kids. Can't wait to go back!

Fantastic property and location

We used this property for a ski vacation and was very close to the hill (3 minute drive.) The hot tub and deck were great as well and located on the golf course. I would love to stay here again!

Beautiful house and great location

Firstly, Ann is such an amazing person and so easy to work with. She was quick to communicate and provided a great level of detail. The house itself was immaculate, spacious, and honestly the pictures didn't do it justice! For instance, the hot tub room is stunning and overlooks the mountains and the rooms are much bigger than they appear! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The house was conveniently located on the purple line, providing easy access to the mountain. I would highly recommend staying here with friends, family, or a combination of both. It would also be great for kids (but I don't have those yet!). Thanks so much, Ann!

This is a perfect location. Close to the ski resort and on the beautiful Rolling Stone Golf Course. The golf course is also the nordic ski resort in the Winter. We love it. Very peaceful and comfortable.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our home is in a quiet setting directly on the Rolling Stone Ranch Golf Course and is 1 mile from the gondola. The home has a full kitchen and a private hot tub inside the unit.
