Room was very clean, but you had to climb a narrow & steep stairway to access the apartment. Would not recommend for an elderly couple like ourselves. We managed, but was difficult for my wife. Also the parking is a fair distance from the entrance to this Main Street facility.

Great home base if you’re up north to snowboard. Very clean and cozy. Lots of room. The kitchen was great! Helped us save some money on not having to eat out for every meal.

It was the perfect location for a wedding at The Boathouse.The owner was very accommodating and the apartment was well supplied.We also enjoyed The Foundry and South Arm Cafe.

Overall, an enjoyable stay. A good location, very clean. Very comfortable bed. A bit noisy in the morning and evening due to trucks traveling on Main Street.

The flat is spacious, centrally located, and quite clean. There is a blow-up mattress provided that easily remained in place for the duration of our holiday without being in the way. The seating area was comfortable, and TV allowed you to sign in to your streaming accounts. The bedroom had extra space at the end of the bed for an air cooling machine to sit (to pump cool air into the flat). The closet would be more than adequate for everyone to hang their clothes for a week-long trip.We looked for something to do in East Jordan. It's very small. We found the following: bingo, pizza then watching softball games across the street from pizza place, coffee house across the street from flat, sandy beach, and garage sales. But being close to everywhere we wanted to go (for a good price) was quite nice.Upon arrival, we were looking for the exterior shown in the photos, but don't. There is a door marked with the address, between a tattoo shop and clothing store. This flat is above the tattoo shop. (We didn't hear a peep out of them, and they were quite nice to answer questions for us,) If you are unable or unwilling to make a flight of stairs arriving and leaving each time, with bags, suitcases, and groceries, find another place. The stairs are steep, long, and can be quite dark - but have one railing.There is a code to get in the door and to lock it as you leave - be sure you get both.Samantha was prompt with returning texts or calls, and helpful with our needs.

Cute apartment! We were just passing through the area so it was a quick one night stay but perfect for what we needed. A few shops within walking distance, beautiful marina a block away and the Foundry/Iron Goat coffee shop across the street. The mattress was pretty firm, but apartment was clean and comfortable. It is an upstairs apartment so lots of steps, it’s also on a busy street so can be noisy at times. Overall, a great place for what we needed it for!

This listing was exactly as listed. Very easy check in. It was clean and close to the Jordan Valley Barn where my daughter got married. I would stay here again.

Excellent location

Would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for place to stay in the area. It was just a short walk away from the coffee shop, restaurant and the band that played in the park on Friday. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The host was extremely accommodating and we appreciated everything! Thanks!!

The property was perfect for my boyfriend and I. We had a wedding in Charlevoix and it was a very convenient spot to get to either Charlevoix and Boyne. Located right downtown East Jordan, it was perfect walking distance to a two bars and a coffee shop.

Beautiful Condo

Lovely place to stay. Very clean and had everything we needed when staying there for a wedding. It is all redone above a store in downtown. The only negative thing I could say was there was 22 steps to get into the condo. We are elderly so that was hard but we made do. I would recommend this place to stay as very nice.

it was a very clean, comfortable and spacious above store apartment. we had a good home base for our activities at Boyne mtn. and Petoskey. The kitchen was complete with stove, microwave, coffee maker ,refrigerator, pots , and pans and plates and silverware. The bedroom was cozy! and comfy. Very nice

Boyne Thunder

It was a great place, without H Vac in the building I know the portable ac is necessary, lil noisy, maybe a couple of towel hooks in bathroom, door & wall, everyone should be made aware that it is 22 steps up…parking was easy even with a boat in tow, had a great time up in the north country!!!
