This house and host were fabulous! Such a wonderful stay. The property is gorgeous and the home is very clean and well maintained with very comfortable mattresses and couches. The hot tub is probably the cleanest and best maintained hot tub I’ve ever been in. Host was excellent and very attentive. Highly recommend!

We would recommend Paul’s place to anyone visiting the Conway area! The house was beautiful and there were so many thoughtful touches to make the visit smooth and convenient. Top of the line kitchen, mattresses and other amenities. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Paul's place is nothing short of spectacular. We were there for a full week and we loved nearly everything about it. The property is beautiful inside and out, with great touches (including the great large TV). We made great use of the excellent hot tub as well. Location is great with foliage in full vibrancy during our visit. Paul was consistently an excellent communicator and a generous host, giving us an extra nice gift, given we were there for a week. Highly recommend! One small suggestion is that, since I was also working part of the time, it would have been great to add a desk and small heater in the downstairs closed off bedroom, an easy addition if Paul chooses to do so.

Thank you for your kind words / review as you were both most honored guests that’s why you deserved the extra gift — in reference to the heater, there is a really nice gas stove which usually does the job quite nicely — portable or space heaters are dangerous as we all know and are not recommended in small quarters 😳

Paul was an amazing host, with a beautiful home. Me and my girlfriend spent the 4th of July weekend here and we had an amazing time. Definetely would recommend this rental to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing getaway in NH.

We absolutely loved our stay! The hot tub and game room were amazing. Our son absolutely loved running around the yard. Loved that Paul took the time to go over how everything worked, it made the stay so much more comfortable. Also loved the little tip to avoid some of the traffic. Can't wait to plan our next stay!!

We had a great time during our stay! Paul was a great host and the home was cozy and well maintained. We especially loved relaxing in the hot tub while taking in the stars. The location was perfect for a weekend of skiing and had plenty of restaurants nearby to grab a bite to eat. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. We stayed for 5 nights with our kids and it was wonderful. The property was immaculately clean, and all of the amenities were very nice. We especially enjoyed the hot tub once the kids were asleep. The game room was a lot of fun to use with the kids, and the television in the main area was HUGE, and all of the apps you could ever need for streaming your favorite shows/movies were available without any need to sign in to your own account. The location was very convenient, being a quick 8-10 minute drive from most stores you would need, and a 15-20 minute drive from downtown North Conway and Glen/Bartlett areas. Paul was incredibly attentive to our needs and even helped us deal with a quick clean of the Hot Tub midway through our stay. I would highly recommended this property to couples or families that are looking for a very private and relaxing stay in the Conway area.10/10, would absolutely book with Paul again in the future!

Great place to get away and recharge your batteries. Quiet, comfy and very relaxing. Sunrise from bed was amazing on freshly fallen snow. Would def recommend.
