Cozy North Conway Home, perfect location with fireplace and hot tub!

Looking for a White Mountain Retreat? Look no further! We purchased this home in June of 2023 and we are enjoying sharing our vacation home with so many wonderful guests from all over. We can easily sleep four, with room for possibly one or two more. Please note there is a minimal charge for more than four guests to offset expenses. The house is set back from the road on Route 16 and is conveniently located two miles from downtown. We are close to many local attractions, but just far enough away from the hustle and bustle, which makes this home the perfect getaway. The photos and reviews truly speak for themselves. On the first floor you have a kitchen that is open to the living room with a gas fire place, half bath, three season sunroom with sliders and bedroom and on the second floor, a large master bedroom with a full bath that has a walk in shower. Complimentary K-cups, Nespresso pods, tea bags, hot chocolate, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking spray and other essentials such as press and seal, tin foil, paper plates, plastic cups and utensils are provided for your convenience as long as the owners are able to restock between stays. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials of home for those that are looking to dine in! The property is close to Settler's Green, antique stores, shops and tons of restaurants. Attitash, Cranmore, Wild Cat and Black Mountain are also all nearby, providing year round fun. There are many hiking/skiing trails in the area and of course you have Mount Washington, the Conway scenic railway, the cog and Kancamagus Highway. New Keurig and Nespresso machines (please use spring water only in the coffee machines (we provide one jug per guest and ask that you purchase a jug if you run out during your stay). PLEASE DO NOT use tap water, although it is safe for drinking, spring water is better for the coffee makers. We also have a blender, toaster, electric skillet and microwave. There is a wine fridge in sunroom and LG washer and dryer in the basement for long-term stays, which can be used upon request. Bed linens, towels, hair dryer, toilet paper and paper towels provided as well as hand soap, dishwashing liquid and detergent. Parking for 2 cars in shared driveway. Though not required, we greatly appreciate you removing your shoes upon entering the home to help preserve our wood floors and cut down on debris from the gravel driveway and inclement weather (don’t forget to pack your slippers). Please be courteous of our neighbors and note that this is a non-smoking property which means smoking of any kind is not permitted inside or outside the premises per our HOA. As much as we love our pups, we do not allow pets due to allergies. The entry code will be provided prior to check in. Our welcome binder contains information and instructions on items in the house as well as checkout instructions, menus and brochures of things to do. There are ring cameras for security purposes on the exterior of the property for security purposes and in order for us to keep our eyes on the home as we live over two hours away. This truly is a great area for those who love nature trails, hiking, tubing, kayaking, fall foliage and skiing. There are many cross country skiing trails located nearby and there is also one adjacent to the property. Enjoy all the nearby local favorites, Diana’s Bath, Cathedral Ledge, Saco River, Echo lake, Jackson Falls, Story Land and of course Zeb's General Store, which are all nearby. North Conway has it all!! We can’t wait to welcome you to our home and are happy to report we have many guests who are returning year after year.
