About this space:

Beautiful 2,750 sq ft log cabin home in Conway, New Hampshire. This 3-bedroom home is waiting to welcome your family to the Mt. Washington Valley. Just minutes away from Center of North Conway.

Any season you will find something to do. Were only 7 minutes to Cranmore Skiing, 11 minutes to Attitash Mountain, 1.5 miles to Diania's Bath, 1 mile to Saco River tubing, 12 minutes to Story Land, 2 minutes to Echo State Park, hiking, and more.

What Cozy Bear Cabin offers:

*Wood burning stove all wood included.
*Oversized fireplace with all wood included to keep you warm.
*Fire Pit outside to relax and enjoy with wood included for burning.
*New deck with plenty of seating. Perfect for relaxing and gas grill.
*Huge family room downstairs with second kitchen.
*Game room with Foos ball, air hockey and an over stocked game closet with toys and games for every age.
*Plenty of parking for 6 cars.

We are located in the White Mountains, 1 acre of land and although we do spray on a regular schedule, you may see the occasional bug.

We absolutely loved our stay here! We celebrated my little sister getting married and it was the perfect spot for the cozy, low key vibe we were looking for. It was super close to everything which was great! I didn’t realize how close it was to the neighbors and main road but honestly it didn’t matter and we didn’t really notice once we were settled in. The house was clean and there were so many places to sleep, check-in and check-out was easy, and the backyard and fire-pit were perfect! Such a great stay and we’d love to come back

Perfect house for a family getaway. Wonderful location that is close to shopping but with a remote feel. The basement is perfect for kids - so many games and toys to keep them occupied for hours. Excellent communication with the host. The only thing that could be improved is a more comfortable king mattress as it’s very hard but overall it’s a great place to stay and we’ll definitely be back.

Beautiful home, very cozy but still very spacious. Plenty of space for 9 of us and close to many activities in North Conway. Paula was very responsive and quickly resolved a random security alarm issue. The house was very clean, great backyard with a fire pit. The only recommendation would be to have some egg crates available for the king and queen beds as they are extra firm. Our crew truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you Paula!

The cozy bear cabin was the perfect getaway for our family! The cabin has everything that you need, and all of the toys in the downstairs playroom were awesome. Paula was the perfect host; quick to respond and clear with instructions. We would definitely stay here again!

From the beginning of our stay to the end of stay at the Cozy Bear Cabin everything was perfect! Paula was very quick to get back to any of our questions and made sure we knew anything and everything we needed to know before we arrived ! The house was very clean and equipped with everything we need for our stay. We were even welcomed with a nice bottle of wine . The house is in the perfect location and there was much to do . Wonderful family vacation!

This was one of the best vacation homes I have stayed at. We were 2 families with 5 kids under 12, and the space worked for us perfectly. The huge playroom/TV room downstairs was key (a closet full of toys was a wonderful surprise), plus having the game room (big enough for adults to do yoga, too), meant we could spread out. The kitchen had everything we needed, we loved having such a big dining table, the furniture and beds were very comfortable. The whole place was extremely clean but also felt very homey. The yard was big enough to play (in the snow!) and of the course the location is ideal - quiet, but close to town and just down the road from Echo lake, and a short drive up to Pinkham notch. We'd love to stay again!

Beautiful place that is very well maintained. It's minutes from the center of North Conway and within walking distance of a great network of trails for hiking, biking and cross country skiing. Lots of fun games available in the lower level which made for a ton of laughs. Paula is fantastic to work with too. Highly recommend considering this property for your stay!

Wonderful stay at cozy bear!

Cozy bear cabin was very spacious and comfortable. The finished basement provides a great play and hangout area for kids and adults. Easy drive to Attitash mountain. Would definitely recommend this cabin!

This cabin is so beautiful with everything included. This is our second visit. We had a problem out of the owners control, and she returned my text instantaneously at midnight, very attentive. Highly recommend!

What a great cabin! Incredibly well stocked for foodies to families to hikers and skiers. The location is perfect. Just a short ride into North Conway and close to all the White Mountains have to offer. The cabin is immaculate and spacious. Great gathering spaces and very comfortable beds. As a musician, I was hoping the grand piano would be in tune. (Hint, hint.) Perfect for a multiple families that enjoy togetherness and some down time privacy. Highly recommended.

Great Cabin

Love Cozy Bear Cabin. Perfect for our group of 8 with plenty of room to spread out. Location was central to all activities and all necessities were provided. We will be back!
