Escapade intime ou réunion de famille à prix abordable, le premier étage de notre maison insulaire est parfait pour vos vacances tropicales sans soucis. Le studio propre et sereine est conçu comme un espace de vie distincte et indépendante et peut accueillir deux couples ou une famille de quatre. Le aéré, confortable studio invite images et les sons d'un paradis tropical. Trois ensembles de portes françaises encadrent votre vue sur le paysage de montagne environnant. Profitez prélassant dans la splendeur de l'extérieur sur la grande wrap-around pont. Notre salle de la grotte d'inspiration évoque l'histoire de l'île de pierres et témoigne de notre histoire d'amour avec la vie extérieure. Ensoleillée encore privée, la cabine de douche offre une expérience de bain luxueuse.

Situé sur un terrain plat fait pour un accès sans problème et un parking. L'épicerie locale, le service postal et les restaurants, y compris les sites d'intérêt locaux tels que Skinny Legs, Oasis et Indigo Grill sont tous facilement accessibles à pied. Profitez des spectacles en soirée - d'un simple 5 minutes à pied. Des cours de yoga et de pilates sont organisés à quelques pas de la maison. Attrapez le VITRAN, la navette de l'île, des plages de classe mondiale pour la journée, randonnée sur les nombreux sentiers à l'extrémité orientale de Saint- John, ou à la tête de la ville animée de Cruz Bay - pour un dollar. Bars et restaurants, boutiques pittoresques et des excursions d'île en ferry sont tous idéalement situés au studio.

Charming home

Very charming home. Felt a bit like glamping but we had everything we needed and the owner was very easy to communicate with. We stayed for 2 weeks and it went fast!

Unique Island Experience

Utterly charming, perfectly located, spacious apartment with all amenities required. We loved the open air accommodation and wrap around porch. Marcia was an outstanding hostess who knows the island well. The information folder that was provided covered everything about the place and accurately set expectations for the surrounding neighborhood. Will certainly stay here again on our next trip.

The perfect spot for a great vacation

We stayed a week at Island Vibes, a truly delightful place. It is bright, colorful, and well equipped. A wonderful constant island breeze blowing through the house kept us cool and almost mosquito free. Marcia and Sam were the perfect hosts, answering all our questions and making sure we were comfortable. We would definitely go back to revisit this quieter side of the island with its beautiful bays, friendly wildlife, and interesting people.

So cute and comfortable. Love the open air through all the screen and wrap around porch. The bathroom is so fun - love it being outside. Marcia was a great host - always ready to help with anything, if necessary. A real pleasure to stay at her place. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay!

My husband and i stayed here for a week. The property and room are beautiful, clean, and safe, with all windows open and screened to let the lovely air in, and everything you could possibly need in terms of cooking supplies. The outdoor shower is gorgeous and very private. It's a bit off the beaten path, but we much prefer the quiet and nature to being in town. Marcia was an incredible host and really went above and beyond for us. A very short drive to dolphin market, skinny legs, and salt pond bay (fantastic snorkeling). We can't wait to come back!!

Holiday delight

Cozy comfort and relaxation made easy at this beautiful property. Our host, Marcia, took care to ensure our complete satisfaction, promptly responding to our occasional needs for adventure suggestions and directions. The location feels very private yet is close to the conveniences of “town”. Coral Bay is charming and laid back— much more island vibes than busy buzzy Cruz Bay (which is also lovely). Morning sunshine and ocean breezes fill the entire cottage including the outdoor shower on the deck. What a treat. Seemed lavish for a very affordable accommodation- relative to other options on the island.

The getaway of our dreams

Our stay in Marcia's studio was everything we were looking for. The house was just perfect for our little family and had everything we needed. Marcia was so gracious and very attentive. She brought over a beautiful Gibson guitar when she learned that I played which was such a treat. Marcia's was very informative and helpful in navigating the island and all that it had to offer. The outside tiled shower was one of our favorite features. Such a cool space! We will definitely be returning.

Miriam & Sam are great hosts that communicated well from start to finish. Great property right off Centerline Road. Definitely need SUV and preferably 4WD. Jeep 4WD rentals companies are steps away from the ferry dock at STT. Only cautionary comment is to bring industrial strength DEET 40% insect repellent. The no-see-ems on St. John and parts of St. Thomas are tough. Overall, we loved our vacation.

Anniversary trip

My husband and I had such an enjoyable experience here. I was a little nervous about the outdoor bathroom but it was quite private and now I want an outdoor shower. 😁🚿 The location is great and easily accessible to everything. The kitchen has all of the amenities you need to make any meal. The King size bed was very comfortable. The property manager was very nice and helpful with our “issue” of wanting the shower water cooler (our issue, not an issue with the rental). All in all, a wonderful anniversary trip.

We loved this place, it was even better than expected. Marcia and Whitni were both very helpful and friendly. The house is ideally located in Coral bay, short drive to the beach. My kids loved their stay there.

Coral Bay Gem

What an amazing place! Marcia's warm hospitality and attention to detail made this the perfect stay for our family. Kitchen is well stocked with amenities for preparing meals from morning coffee to a grilled dinner. Coral Bay restaurants are in immediate distance if you want to go out to eat or drink or shop at the local grocery store. The outdoor bathroom and shower are so refreshing after a day at the beach! And the porch! Our 9 year old did not miss a tv as we spent evenings on the porch, enjoying the island breezes and playing board games and with toys provided at the property. Roosters and goats can be heard at all times of the day but that's what a true STJ experience is all about. We can't thank Marcia enough for making our stay and STJ vacation absolutely perfect and we can't wait to get back!

Great Coral Bay Property

Breezy Ocean View Vacation

I really enjoyed staying upstairs at this location. The apartment was well stocked with everything you need to enjoy your Coral Bay experience. Close to good restaurants and secluded beaches. Remote and less visited snorkel and sunbathing spots nearby. Hike to the Northshore, grab a bus to the Southshore or drive east to Haulover Bay. The ever present mosquitoes can be eliminated inside with the supplied “Zapper” but sitting at the loo outside requires that you are adept at swatting the buggers when they come. The shower is lovely and cooking meals is easy. Covered porches with chairs and tables provide wonderful relaxation spots. Spent nine days in December and slept well with netting and fans.

True island home experience!

Loved this place! True island style home experience with everything we needed and nothing we didn’t. Unplug and get connected in this very quiet, rural Coral Bay neighborhood just a short drive to many amazingly beautiful beaches. Nature abounds in this place! Donkeys, goats, chickens, lizards and the neighborhood cat are all part of the experience of the real St. John. Owner and property manager were a pleasure to communicate with, very friendly and accommodating. Everything was very accurately described and was exactly what we were looking for. If you want a fancy hotel then this isn’t for you. I honestly think you’ll get more out of St. John by staying in a place like this. Stunning island cottage, perfect for myself and my two teenage sons. We can’t wait to come back!

Coral Bay Stay

Marcia is a truly lovely person and wonderful host. She is quick to communicate and shared lots of tips and suggestions about St John to make our time special, and was even able to provide beach items like chairs, coolers, and umbrellas. The property was clean and spacious, well ventilated, and well cared for and we’d happily stay again. Enjoy!

30 year anniversary trip

This property and manager were great!! We loved staying in Coral Bay....much quieter and much less less hectic!! Be sure to check out Lucy’s on Thursday nights for open mic night where all the locals hang out! Manager lives next door.....she is available if needed but leaves you alone! Very relaxing vacation!!

Beautiful Caribbean vibes in a lovely neighborhood. Marcia was lovely and had so many good recommendations. Place is airy and clean with a beautiful view from the porch.

Cute Little Spot

Great Little spot. Cute house very clean with two separate studios, one on each floor. Nice view, covered porches. Road was a bit rough and we did have some sand flies and a few mosquitos in the bathroom.. But that said great spot, good location, fun little neighborhood, would stay there again.

Great Stay

The property was very clean and tidy. Perfect location for us as we were interested in the less busy area of Coral Bay. Communication was extremely easy and the property manager was so nice to work with!
