Sunshine! Sea Breezes! Oceanfront! A Shore Gem is just that. A beautifully remodeled and redecorated gem of a condo in the prestigious Beacon's Reach Resort Community. Gorgeous ocean views, beach access right off your condo back steps, through a mystical maritime forest right to the ocean sand and waves. 4 bedrooms/4 full bathrooms. Unit has a regular brew coffee pot. There is a charcoal grill in the outside utility closet in the driveway.
Amenities for guests include: Ocean Grove West community pool right outside your front door, with views of that pool from two different bedroom balconies so you can watch your loved ones frolic in the pool if you need a cool break; the Marina pool; and the more shady Westport pool with the popular Snackery where you can buy soda, ice cream, and hot dogs! There are tennis courts, pickleball, and basketball courts! Pools open up April 1, and close in October-weather permitting.
Info on marina and boat storage can be given after booking.
Two parking spots per unit, in the driveway. Please inquire about one extra parking pass available for guests from property manager. Any extra cars can head to 510 Salter Path Road to the Beacon's Reach Community office to purchase a 50.00 extra car pass for the week, for parking located there at the office.
Linens and bath towels are included with this rental. Please bring your own beach towels, beach equipment, and chairs.
Beach umbrellas, beach chairs, and baby items may be rented locally if needed-ask the property manager for this info at time of booking so you can get them reserved now.
Prime season in June, July, August, and part of September has a Sunday-Sunday required week. Off season check in any day! Minimum 7 day rentals year round.
Check in after 4 pm, check out before 10 am.
This unit is a non-smoking unit and no pets are allowed.
Guests must be at least 25 years old to book this unit.
All At Waves Edge guests pay a 55.00 damage protection fee at time of booking. This covers you up to 1500.00, ONLY IF GUESTS REPORT the DAMAGES BEFORE CHECK OUT to the PROPERTY MANAGER.

Learn about the history of one of the most well-preserved forts in the United States, and see some gorgeous views. Visit the Rachel Carson Nature Preserve, go scuba diving, parasailing, or do the Beaufort Waterbug Tour and learn about our Shackleford Ponies.
