Perfect for our needs

Our family of 4 spent 3 weeks here, and it was a great base for us while I worked and my spouse and kids relaxed and explored the area. The co-working space was very convenient for me, and we used the pool and soccer court almost every day. The view of the city and volcano in the distance was spectacular, as the condo is on the 12th floor. And the washer/dryer in the condo was a huge asset! The complex is gated and well maintained so we felt safe and cared for. It’s also walkable to a local mall, restaurants, and grocery stores. The only annoyance was that the property is located right next to the commuter train, which begins blasting its horn at 5 am every weekday morning! It’s not the property’s fault, but if you are a light sleeper this might be an issue for you.

Great room

Great room host had excellent communication. No ac windows open with fan was good. Great security excellent condo very luxurious for the area. Elevator was quiet and worked excellent.

What a view!!!

Incredible views out massive glass doors in living room. The condo was exactly as pictured. The baths are large and the master bedroom is as well. I believe it is a queen bed in the master. The kitchen is well appointed with large fridge with a wonderful ice maker, plus a range and microwave. In addition the host provided a blender, a hot water pot, and what looked like a large rice maker/hotpot

Short but Sweet

My daughter and I stayed here briefly. She will be staying for four months in a program. This was central to the school and airport and had BEAUTIFUL views of the mountains. I was a bit nervous because it was just she and I but the security made me feel more at ease. We stayed in at night and enjoyed hanging out on the 12th floor balcony. I am hoping to return with the rest of the family to stay longer! Manuel was a great host! All of his directions were easy to follow. Anytime I had a question, he was quick to respond. ÂĄMuchas gracias !

Noisy

The condo itself is beautiful and comfortable, as described. The pool area was nice, and everything was very clean. The location is a bit and far if you are there to visit San José. The worst problem for us was the noise. The train honks several times a day and there is a lot of traffic on the street in front of the complex, including buses and those pesky little motorbikes.

Overall this property was what we sought - walking distance to shops, restaurants and transportation, while having a clean, safe and secure place with parking. The downside was no shelves in bathrooms, the loud metro horns and the inconvenience with guests dropping things off; my son one day and items that were lost on another day.

Beautiful property, great location, amazing owner!

Everything about renting this property from my initial exchanges with the owner, to the final check out process was exceptionally easy. The listing is extremely accurate (in fact I found the place to be even better than I expected), the owner is extremely responsive to questions both leading up to the stay and during the stay, and the property itself, building, grounds, and apartment are amazing. I felt very much at home during my stay and am looking forward to planning a return visit!

Great place for families

Very tidy and lovely apartment equipped with everything you need. A good beds and nice bathrooms. A great host and there when you need him, Very nice outdoor pool and basketball court our 11 and 14 years old had a blast! We were very impressed with the security. We had a great stay ! Thank you!

The condo was new and was very clean. Gated complex with 24 hour security. Great view of the city from the living room balcony and both bedrooms. It provided a good location for trips to LaPaz Waterfalls, Paos Volcano, and Britt Coffee.

We loved the views from this property and all the resort-style amenities it offers as well as the strategic location that puts us close to everything near the Capital, San Jose plus we love the cool and comfortable climate of Heredia. No need for Air Conditioner.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

24-7 security and surveillance. The Mall Paseo las Flores is just 0.3 miles from the condo, where you can find bars, restaurants, and everything you need.
Staying at our apartment condo you will be close to everything and will be able to enjoy all the amenities of the residential club underneath you.

It is just 15 minutes away. Jaco Beach is just 1.40 hours away. you can go to the beach and come back the same day. Manuel Antonio National Park is 2.5 hrs away. SJO International airport is just a 20 min ride. You can also go to any place in San Jose very quickly from here. Except for peak hours of course.
