EstĂĄ ubicado en el condominio Skygarden, el cual cuenta con area de co-work, gimnasio, piscina, jacuzzi, ĂĄrea de juegos, skydeck, ĂĄrea de lavanderĂa y mĂĄs, que harĂĄn tu estancia muy placentera.

This beautiful family home is located in the exclusive Skygarden condominium located in Nunciatura, the best area of Rohrmoser, San José. Very close to everything and most important destinations in Costa Rica.
Skygarden has 24 hour security, private parking, beautiful swimming pool, jacuzzi, co-work, gym, game area, laundry and more, ideal to enjoy with family or friends. The apartment has 2 bedrooms each with queen beds, a bathroom and a nice kitchen with living room, high speed internet, work area, 1 parking spot, one air conditioner in the livin room area that will cold enough the entire apartment, and more.
Halani apartment, is a unique and cozy place where you can enjoy your vacation or work stay resting peacefully, enjoying the surroundings and the pura vida lifestyle.
Skygarden is a new, private condominium, one of the best places to stay in San José, it offers, in addition to 24/7 security, other amenities such as:

â« Beautiful pool with the best views
â« Easy access to it for people with disabilities

â« BBQ areas
â« Close to most important places like restaurants, banks, shopping centers, main airport SJO, embassies.

Please note that some amenities like the jacuzzi and game area has many reservations, so they have to be done with a few days in advance.
It is perfect to comfortably enjoy your holidays feeling in the comfort of your home, or even to telecommute, while charging yourself with energy and positivity.
We have included some courtesy items for your first night, such as toilet paper and soap in the bathroom, dish soap and sponge, salt and some other things that could be useful.
We offer kitchens equipped with everything you need to enjoy your dishes as a family, either to cook.
In addition, due to the good location of the place, it is very accessible for delivery services such as uber eats, so you can simply relax.

We would love to be part of your vacation or work travel, since our goal is to create unforgettable experiences that ensure guest satisfaction and allow us to continue growing; It is for this reason that we have been guided by some simple rules for the proper maintenance of harmony for all:
â Parties are not allowed, this community is a family place.
â Smoking is not allowed inside the house and building (otherwise we will proceed with the additional charge of furniture cleaning and odor removal fees, since we always try to deliver the house to our guests in the best conditions)
â The entry into the community of company ladies or activities related to prostitution is not allowed.
â Pets are not suitable for this house: we know that they are part of the family, however our home is not suitable to host them and they could be stressed, in addition, due to condominium regulations they are not allowed in common areas.
â The departure is at 11 am: we ask you to please be very punctual in this, since the health and well-being of our guests is of the utmost importance, which is why we carry out an exhaustive cleaning of all the houses with each departure, in order to try to guarantee a completely clean space.
â Being a condominium there are some basic rules of coexistence, so a maximum of 4 people per house are allowed to enter the condominium, prior registration of the same (full name and identification number required). Visitors are not allowed
