Enjoy coastal living at this bright and traditional Pensacola condo in the Harbour Pointe complex overlooking the Big Lagoon. The multiple waterfront balconies offer beautiful views of the sunrise and sunset, and the condo complex offers a pool that overlooks the water. Exciting amenities include a grilling area and a bubbling hot tub to relax your muscles after a day of adventuring on the beach.

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a warm feeling of welcome throughout the two-bedroom space. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, watching your favorite shows on the large TV, or sipping your favorite beverage on the private balcony that showcases panoramic ocean views. Prepare grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the full kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. To ensure room for everyone, a sofa bed in the living area is provided. Make memories that'll last a lifetime when you spend your time in Pensacola.

Relaxing, low key, and safe!

We truly enjoyed our time at this condo! It’s a very friendly environment. Everyone who lives there was kind and helpful. Really enjoyed the pool. Loved the view from the master bedroom and lived the balcony. It was the perfect place for a low key and relaxing vacation. Also, being single females, we appreciated the security with the elevators and pool. Thank you!

Great accomodations

Let me start with the only downside that I can see. The beach access is NOT to the beach you want. This was not a big deal for us. The price was right. If you want a place as nice as this with access to a great beach, you will pay almost 3x what you will for this one. For us the location was right between to great beaches, perdido and pensecola. It is also right between those locations for great dinning. This means less traffic where you stay. The condo had a terrific view of the water. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The pool was great. The hot tub was great. The waves crashing while you're enjoying the pool is great. Price was right. Communication was timely. Check-in was a breeze. Check-out was a breeze.Parking is ample. If walking out of your condo onto your preferred beach is a must, then find a more expensive place.

Nice place, but not well managed

Check in instructions were totally wrong. When we finally found the key outside the unit, the box it was in wasn’t even locked. I fixed a closet door that fell off and had to tighten the front door knob as it was very loose. Nice location as well as very nice view Management has much room for improvement, good luck with that.

Beautiful home

This was our first time renting a condo. Great experience. This condo has plenty of room for a family of five. We enjoyed being right by the water, watching dolphins and the sunrise. A very pleasant stay.

Beautiful hidden treasure on the lagoon

The views were absolutely spectacular and may be the best I’ve seen in my 49 years. What was especially unique, was the immediate view of big lagoon, separated by a small strip of protected beach with the golf behind it. The condo is clean and the community was quiet. Communication was wonderful and I would absolutely stay here again and again. Highly recommend this wonderful place!

Small annoyance, but would stay here again

The condo was in a great location on the bay! The check in email did NOT have the code to get into the door of the actual unit. Only the codes to the front, back & pool doors of the condo building. When I called number listed on the email, it had an automated menu that didn't work. I kept hitting the numerical option & it would keep repeating the same menu. Tried the text option - they just resent the same email that I told them did not include the lock code. Finally found another number, was able to speak to someone to get the code - after 25 minutes standing outside in the heat, sweating. The condo itself was very nice, clean and had a beautiful view on the balcony! The appliances were all great. We even used their crockpot! We kept having problems with the door. We would type in the code, light would flash green, hear it unlock, but the door would get jammed. It seemed like the latch would keep getting stuck in the strike on the frame. It did this about 90% of the time we tried to open the door. When I emailed them, they did have someone come out and look at it pretty quick. But they tried one time, it worked and they left. I then got an email telling me to "put some muscle into it" when my brother pretty much slammed his 200lb self into it a time or two and that didn't work. I wouldn't say this was a total deal breaker, but it was definitely annoying. The facility itself was clean. It does have a very small beach right out the back door. Pool area was great!

Beautiful condo, very clean.

Our stay was overall very pleasant. My only complaints are that they would not give us the code for the unit even after I asked. I had to end up calling to get that info, our door stuck every single time we opened and closed it, and one of the bathroom lights never turned off, but the condo was beautiful and very clean and a great location for us. Would stay again and would recommend.
