La maison « Cane Bay Perch » offre BEAUCOUP d’espace, un mobilier haut de gamme et une vue inestimable. La terrasse qui fait le tour de la maison donne sur un espace piscine étincelant… et vous pouvez encore entendre les vagues de la plage de Cane Bay tout en vous relaxant sur les terrasses.

Cette maison et son emplacement constituent le lieu idéal où revenir après une journée passée à explorer l’île… la détente et le calme vous permettront de recharger vos batteries pour une nouvelle journée de découverte de la merveilleuse île de Sainte-Croix.

La maison dispose de grandes chambres lumineuses, d’un salon de réception avec des canapés neufs, d’une salle à manger de réception, d’un coin repas décontracté à côté de la cuisine, ainsi que d’une salle de télévision séparée équipée d’un canapé-lit neuf. Profitez d’un accès facile à l’extérieur depuis la chambre principale, le salon et la salle de télévision. Lorsque vous réservez pour un groupe de 8 personnes ou plus (jusqu’à 11)… vous aurez accès au niveau inférieur de la maison, qui est un appartement indépendant d’une chambre (lit king-size, salon, salle d’eau, kitchenette).

La plage de Cane Bay se trouve à 1/4 mile en descendant la route entretenue par l’association des propriétaires… Vous y trouverez une superbe plage pour la baignade et la plongée avec tuba, un magasin de plongée sous-marine, ainsi que de nombreux restaurants tels que The Landing, Off The Wall et AMA.

Le portail, le parking extérieur et les escaliers menant au local de la pompe à eau et du chauffe-eau sont équipés de caméras de sécurité à détection de mouvement pour votre sécurité.

Great spot for a large group!

Everything was wonderful, especially the view from the deck and the pool! If you stay here, definitely ensure that you have a 4 wheel drive vehicle or else you will not make it up the hill to the house! The views are worth the drive :)

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home! The house is comfortable, spacious, clean, and incredibly well stocked . Consider stopping by the house first before the grocery store to see what staples are there. Also , appreciated the sunscreen, Aloe and bug spray ( didn't really need this except for bioluminescence kayak tour) . Outside temps were hot when we were there but AC works great. We spent mornings and some evenings on the deck looking at that incredible view. The pool was the perfect place to relax and cool off after a day of activities. Plenty of pool toys . Also, beach chairs/ snorkel gear available in garage. The location next to Cane Bay is great with the best beach , great restaurants , food truck and also highly recommend Sweet Bottom Dive shop. Rent a Jeep and explore this magical island. Andrew was a wonderful host. He was very responsive, helpful, and easy to work with throughout our entire stay. This house truly exceeded our expectations and is an exceptional place to stay. Highly recommend it to anyone considering booking. Don't hesitate — book this house! You won't be disappointed!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Andrew's communication and responsiveness was fantastic. The house had plenty of space for our group of four and could easily accomodate more. The views were breathtaking and the pool deck was a wondeful place to watch the sunset. I definately recommend a Jeep...the ride up and down the mountain is a little rough and the pathfinder we rented was put to the test! Also recommend arriving durng daylight the first day. Due to flight delays we arrived at night and it was a little scary navigating for the first time in the dark.

Our host was welcoming and available. The house is as pictured. The property is clean and beautiful. All amenities from kitchen to pool are fulfilling. Cane Bay is lovely and the sea is gorgeous. Amazing Cane Bay views

We had a wonderful time watching the sunrise each morning from the front deck. The interior was large and well maintained with a good kitchen. The pool was a welcome addition to cool off in the afternoon.

Absolutely amazing!

We have been to St. Croix many times over the years, Andrew’s house is the nicest we’ve stayed at and we plan to come back! It was very clean, beautiful views and communication with Andrew was great. Perfect location, we have stayed all over the island and this truly is the best spot!

Spacious home and stunning views!

We loved the entire island, but Cane Bay was our favorite spot! The home was convenient to both Christiansted and Fredericksted and was the perfect place for our family five. We would absolutely stay here again. The owner Andrew was very kind, helpful, and responsive before and during our trip.

This villa exceeded all expectations. The view was absolutely mesmerizing and the perfect backdrop for a truly rejuvenating vacation. The villa had everything we needed and our stay was very comfortable. Driving up the hill to get to the villa was a little intimidating because I didn’t get there until night lol but after that it was no problem. Try to get to the house before the sun goes down if possible. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Andrew’s place is absolutely perfect! The entire experience was great, from booking the house to meeting Andrew at the airport, to our everyday adventures. The house is in a great location, well stocked, and super inviting. We felt completely at home. I highly recommend this house for your stay. We will definitely be back!

Hillside with a view

The driveway to the property is a little harrowing but doable. Very worth it just for the views from the porch or pool deck. The property was very clean and comfortable with space for a large group. The location is close to the beach and several restaurants. Communication with the host was clear and very fast response time.

Beautiful spacious house

This was our third trip to St. Croix and have stayed in different places each trip. This home was the most spacious with the best view and had everything we needed from a fully-stocked kitchen to beach chairs, beach towels, etc. The beds were very comfortable and the house had great working a/c and plenty of ceiling fans to keep it cool. The owner was very quick to respond to our texts. Thank you for a great stay!!

Multi generational getaway

Fantastic house, very spacious, great views, well stocked, easy responsive communication with the owner. Plenty of room for the 7 of us. Convenient to the beach at Cane Bay for snorkeling/diving, relaxing in the shade, the breakfast truck and a couple of really Good restaurants, The Landing and AMA (make reservations). You can even hear the music at The Landing (highly recommend Dining here) from the deck at the house. We travel all over the island For food and beaches. Would recommend 10/10.

Sunshining views ahead !!

Great property. Not the first time I've stayed here. Always fun and family friendly. Plenty of room, kitchen has what you need. Breezes to cool you down at night and a fun pool area. Away from the crowds but a few seconds and you can be in the mix if you wish. Highly recommend this place for couples, families, or group getaways. Cant wait to get back to the island and will be staying here again. Cheers!

Our Stay at the Cane Bay Perch

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the home. The view is clearly stunning and one of the best assets of the property. The other was Andrew, one of the owners who was not just an excellent and available host but truly cared that you had the best experience possible (he even told us when one of the local restaurants had just gotten in fresh lobster :) ). I’ve stayed at many rental homes and he was one of the best hosts I’ve experienced. The house itself was neat and had plenty of amenities for enjoying the pool and the beach. I would highly recommend the Cane Bay Perch.

Great place close to Cane bay

Wonderful home. Very clean. Responsive host. A couple small repairs needed to deck but nothing that kept us from safely using the deck and pool. It is a Beach house on an island and those are to be expected. Our group ranged age 6-80. Everyone loved the home and said it’s one we would come back to. Furniture and chairs seem nearly new. Clean linens and plenty of them. Views are spectacular.

I’m a former full time St Croix resident now living/working in Colorado.
My co-owner (Kevin) and I were classmates in middle school and high school... he is certified dive instructor, and our families both wanted to have our own house to retire to in the Caribbean and it was not hard to convince them that St Croix was the right place.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Cane Bay is where I was a scuba divemaster in the mid 90s... and it has always been the magnet that draws me back. I recall seeing this house up in the hills in my 20s and I was fortunate to be able to buy it in my 50s. The green hills and sound of nature, without the heavy salt spray and road traffic of being right on the shoreline, are why I believe it is the ideal place to stay when you visit St Croix.

This property will provide you so much peace and relaxation you need but also provide the location and amenities you want. The house living space is so much larger than most homes on VRBO and it has tasteful home furnishings, private parking and pool, and a million-dollar view that never gets old.
