"Villa Santa Cruz" est notre 4900 pieds carrés, sanctuaire fermé 4 chambres / 5 salles de bains qui est vraiment le paradis de l'île ultime et nous avons un générateur. À quelques pas de la plage de Columbus Landing. Classe mondiale de plongée dans le Salt River Canyon. Toutes les chambres ont une salle de bain privée avec 3 lits king, 1 lit queen et un canapé-lit situé dans le bureau. «Villa Santa Cruz» offre le refuge ultime pour votre prochaine escapade dans les Caraïbes. Profitez pleinement de vos vacances sur une île avec un havre de paix contemporain - mais exceptionnellement confortable - où vous pourrez divertir vos invités, profiter des commodités de luxe et profiter du soleil tropical. Nous sommes situés sur la côte nord de St. Croix dans le parc national et la réserve écologique de la rivière Salt. Achevée en 2009, la Villa Santa Cruz regorge de commodités modernes mais imprégnée d’une histoire riche et historique. Notre refuge est situé sur la plage de "Columbus Landing", qui doit son nom au lieu où Columbus a ancré 17 navires lors de son deuxième voyage en 1493. Columbus, en tant que découvreur de cette île, lui a donné son nom original, "Santa Cruz" ou "Sainte Croix". Bien que l'île prenne le dérivé de Saint Croix plus tard, la propriété porte le nom «Santa Cruz» en l'honneur de la première visite et le nom original de l'île des Caraïbes. The house had amazing ocean views and was comfortable for everyone. Check-in was easy and the complimentary dinner and bottle of rum upon arrival was a nice surprise. Very nice stay!

This property was amazing. Our trip from the minute Austin met us at the airport until we closed the front door at the end of our trip was amazing. This property is beautiful. The listing doesn’t do it justice. The welcome dinner was delicious! The kitchen is well appointed and every room in the house has everything you need to make your trip successful. Everything was clean right down to the pool which by the way was delightful! The little beach is adorable and we had fun finding seaglass and wading in the water. This property made our trip so relaxing! It was very hard to leave. Thank you Stephanie for sharing your property with us! We hope to come back to visit soon. And thank you to Austin and his wife for making our trip extra special.

A beautiful home with an amazing view. We enjoyed the location, pool, beach and peace. The home was perfect for four couples. We enjoyed staying here more than visiting other beaches. Kitchen area was great for preparing meals, playing card games on the large table and hanging out. Many games were played on the pool table downstairs. The caregiver, Austin was very kind and helpful in making our stay superb. Upon arrival Selwyn had food prepared for us, a very nice surprise. It was delicious! 10/10 vacation

This is lovely, spacious home with all the amenities. We loved spending time at the pool and beach. The home gym and pool table are great added perks that our family enjoyed. The kitchen is well appointed and we appreciated being able to drink the tap water. Our savior was the gorgeous views from the balcony. And thank you very much for the welcome meal and cocktails.

The home was beautiful with lots of room for our party of 10. Home and pool were clean and well maintained. Had everything we needed. Property Manager Austin was very helpful and responsive. Even came out to assist when we needed help with a minor coral injury. A welcome meal was provided on arrival. As a bonus we hired Austin’s wife Juliana to prepare a birthday celebration meal and a couple of other small meals. Highly recommend this home and would stay there again. Definitely 10/10!

A spectacular house on the beach. Very spacious with every possible comfort items.Six of us (3 couples) enjoyed our stay in separate master bedrooms. We hired house chef to prepare dinner for several nights. The house manager was very attentive to our needs as the dryer broke down and he replaced it that same dayThe communications with the host were great and very helpful. For sure, we will return.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The property manager met us at the airport and escorted us to the home. We were happily surprised with food and a complimentary bottle of rum. After a long day of travel both were most welcome!Important note - the beds were all very comfortable. The pool was sparkling clean and well maintained. While not really a swimming beach, walks and shell hunting was a lot of fun. Be sure to keep an eye out for the hermit crabs on property! We were a group of adults but I think anyone with children would enjoy them. I would highly recommend this property and absolutely stay again.

We had great communication with the host. The property "manager" did not have the best communication.The home and amenities were incredible. Awesome private beach and pool. Some repairs need done to the property but nothing too crazy.

The communication before our stay was outstanding which gave us plenty of time to plan our activities. Home was perfect place to stay. So relaxing and great way to unplug and just enjoy family time. We had a wonderful stay. The welcome meal was amazing after a long day of travel and we used Julianna again later in the week. Austin was very helpful answering any of our questions.

We had a large group for Destination Honeymoon! We loved the house and the location. The pool is fantastic, and the house is well stocked. Communication with the owner and property manager was awesome!!! We were pleasantly surprised with a lasagna dinner and rum punch upon our arrival. We definitely will return!!! This beautiful property with a gourmet kitchen, incredible outdoor space and amazing views was just perfect for 8 couples to celebrate our anniversary and still have their own private retreat. The hospitality was next level - we arrived to a home cooked meal (s/o to Juliana, she’s a fabulous chef & we booked her to catering one night as well - very delicious)! Stunning property, location, view, pool. The views are magnificent, easy access to the beach, refreshing, sparkling clean pool. The kids spent time on the beach, finding shells, their dad spent time in the ocean snorkeling, the old folks enjoyed the pool the most. The location is very handy and everything we wanted was only a short drive away. We were fortunate to find this property and our excitement over it was rewarded! Hope to be back someday soon.

The view was amazing! The house was great, plenty of room for everyone. Table was big enough for eight people to play cards every night(chairs could use a cushion) great memories! Had a few minor issues the biggest one was air in living room didn't work, Austin tried his best to get it fixed but was unable to. Other than that it was perfect best family vacation ever! We will defiantly stay here again.

Our family had an awesome stay at Villa Santa Cruz. The house and pool are beautiful and were perfect for the adults and kids. The Villa is about a 15 minute drive from the airport, Christiansted, and nice beaches. Austin was a tremendous help, and the food prepared by Chef Juliana was some of the best we’ve had anywhere!
