* Your Pets are also Welcome on a Case-by-Case basis. (small nightly fee depending on your pet)
The house is fully stocked with blankets, sheets, pillows, towels...even Xtra large towels if you want to go swimming in the creek, or relax in the hot tub!
The house is furnished with Soap, Shampoo and Conditioner, Dove Body Wash! There are dishes, glasses, silverware....full set of pots, pans, cooking utensils, and baking sheets....some spices are also available for you to use! There's a gas grill if you're an outdoor type of cook.
There is a dishwasher in the house....a washer and dryer are coming soon?

+Horseback riding is also available for all age riders 20mi down the road on a 550 acre farm at Smokey Mountain Trail Rides offering 1 - 2 or 3 hour rides.

I love spending quality time with my family relaxing on this amazing farm.
We enjoy walking either side (privately owned) of Big Ivy Creek. We take advantage of the fishing, picnicking, riding horses, hikes up the mountain, having a bonfire, or just standing on the bridge listening to the water roll by.
This is a family owned horse farm and we love all animals. We have horses, mini goats, dogs, cats, bunnies, and chickens! Every day, looking out at the horses in the pasture, amazed at the view of the beautiful mountains, we know this is a true slice of heaven!
We enjoy walking either side (privately owned) of Big Ivy Creek. We take advantage of the fishing, picnicking, riding horses, hikes up the mountain, having a bonfire, or just standing on the bridge listening to the water roll by.
