The place was laid-back, flow thru living room kitchen area was perfect. Bedrooms were private. The kitchen was stocked well there was a beautiful view of the mountains. Start nights were beautiful.

Rental was clean, well maintained and completely furnished. Location is in a quiet neighborhood. Zion National Park is just a 20-30 minute drive and Hurricane City is 2-3 miles away. Host was very responsive to all my communications. There is a nice patio area in the backyard. Would stay there again.

Fantastic!

We loved our stay here! Property was beautiful and plenty large enough for a family of 4. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware and staples (and has a gas stove), there was a large garage with basketball and ping pong (which the kids loved), and the firepit in the backyard was perfect to relax around after a day in Zion!

Comfortable and clean- felt like home!

My husband and I stayed for two nights as we explored Zion and Bryce. The host was extremely good with communicating before , during and followed up after. The house was clean and beds/pillows were super comfy. It had all the things needed for an enjoyable stay. Beautiful backyard that was private and had a fire pit and pergola to enjoy evening meals. Would 100% recommend!

Zion retreat

My son and I visited the area to play golf and visit Zion National Park. The property is conveniently located to both the park and St. George golf courses. Super clean, had everything we needed, and great communication with Tyler. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Stay For Our Hiking Trip

From booking to check out our stay was seamless. Super clean and comfortable. We were there for a hiking trip to Zion and surrounding areas. Tyler is the perfect host! He made it all so easy. His guide to the house and area attractions was thoughtful, organized and very helpful. He was a great host with quick responses to any questions we had. When returning to the area this will be our first place to check on. Highly recommend.

Home Away from Home

Tyler has this down to a science. The house was perfectly stocked with anything we could have needed, YouTube TV and games gave us plenty we could do if we came in early from hiking, and everything was super clean. The instructions for check in, everything in the house, and check out were spelled out in the guidebook he provided. There was even a small basket of treats waiting for us when we got in. We’re all planning to book here again soon.

This is a brand new home just finished September of 2015. This property is in a perfect location if you're interested in experiencing Southern Utah. Zion National Park is a quick 25 minute drive along the beautiful Scenic Zion Corridor. La Verkin is approximately 125 miles from Bryce Canyon and The North Rim of the Grand Canyon. There are several nearby hiking and mountain biking trails. The famous Red Bull Rampage mountain biking event is a few miles away near the town of Virgin.
