**OUR POLICIES**
You will receive an email to e-sign a vacation rental agreement and upload your photo ID before the reservation is complete.
This retreat property is dog-friendly (small to medium dogs only - 2 dogs max), and a $69 pet fee is applied per dog for this home. Dogs must be leashed at all times.
This retreat property does not allow smoking anywhere on the property.
Quiet Hours 8pm to 8am.
Exterior security cameras are located at this property.
Parking area allows 2 cars max (unless host authorization)
There is a $500 security deposit HOLD required for this retreat property.

Nice location and everything was as described.

Lived up to its name!
Mentone Tranquility Base truly lived up to its name. The tiny home was peaceful, beautifully decorated, and very clean.
We loved relaxing on the porch listening to the forest, soaking in the hot tub, and enjoying the covered fireplace and grill. It’s a thoughtfully designed space that offers something for everyone. The hosts were informative and quick to respond, which helped make our trip a wonderful experience.

Adorable and everything we wanted!
This was our first time to stay in a tiny house and it was great. The house was adorable and had everything we wanted. The location is secluded and private, which is why we chose this tiny house.
It was so peaceful and the hot tub was fantastic. I would definitely recommend!

Wonderful location and so many perks!
The cabin was very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. Also, there were so many welcome goodies that we really enjoyed; the soap, coffee, and snacks were fantastic! The voucher for breakfast or lunch made our stay extra special. We were able to check in easily, and the instructions were clear for check-out. I would definitely recommend any of these properties!

Hot tub and fireplace in peaceful surroundings!
This tiny home was a great place to just chill and enjoy the hot tub or fireplace in peaceful surroundings. But also close enough to get out and do something away from it.
We enjoyed going to DeSoto Falls and walking trails at state park. The Hatters Cafe & Wildflower Cafe both had great food and service. Would certainly book again in the future!

Cozy
This place made for the perfect weekend getaway for me and my hubby. It was spotless when we arrived, and beautiful interior, very cozy. The location was perfect, it was close to our activities, but also far enough to make us feel out in nature. The hot tub was our favorite part. We loved that it was outside. Our hostess was very kind and helpful. She responded quickly with any questions we had. I would most certainly recommend this stay!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful time in the woods :)
Incredible clean property! The hot tub is the real star of the show here! The cabin isn’t too far up the mountain which we enjoyed, no rugged traversing to get there and perfect upon arrival! The loft space is perfect for kids! Master Queen is extremely comfy and also loved the shower, great water pressure for a cabin! Also a stand out was the outdoor fireplace with chairs, we spent alot of time there.This is our 2nd stay with this company and won’t be our last. Misti is GREAT!!!

Tranquility Base has the best amenities neatly placed in a small package. We love the full size appliances and the kitchen area! We were able to easily prepare meals and snacks to take to the porch to enjoy in front of the wood burning fire place. After exploring all of the things the area has to offer it was nice to come back and sit on the couch while watching tv OR get in the hot tub! This little house has our heart and is now one of our favorites.

Our favorite part was the covered deck area with the wood burning fireplace!
My family had a wonderful three night stay in Mentone! Misti was a wonderful host and very responsive to any questions I had. This home is located a few minutes from downtown Mentone and is very easy to get to.
Our favorite part was the covered deck area with the wood burning fireplace. We had a fire going and could watch the kids play in the hot tub at the end of the deck! Plenty of space and very comfortable for a family of four. Would definitely book again!
