Une note du propriétaire:
Nous avons choisi Maui comme l'endroit idéal pour notre deuxième maison sur la base de l'année météo exceptionnelle. Chaque jour a des sommets dans les années 80 et le soleil généralement lumineux. Notre passe-temps favori est le golf. Il ya 5 golf dans un rayon de Ekolu quelques miles. Nos coups de coeur sont les cours Wailea Emerald et Gold qui ont accueilli le Championnat Skins hauts depuis 10 ans.
Commerces et restaurants sont également à proximité. Les Wailea magasins sont une promenade sur le sentier de marche. Nous bénéficions déjeuner et le dîner à Tommy Bahama, Chris Steakhouse de Ruth, Cheeseburger in Paradise et Longhi.
Le Wailea Beach Walk qui étend sur 2 miles est pratique aussi. Tandis que là, nous avons vu beaucoup de baleines et les tortues. Tous les sports de l'océan sont également facilement accessibles, notamment le surf, bodyboard, plongée, paddle board et la liste continue.
Nous venons à Maui trois fois par an pour profiter de tous ces équipements et les gens incroyablement sympathiques qui illustrent Aloha. Nous espérons que votre Voyage ici sera tout aussi enrichissante et agréable tout comme la nôtre.

Wailea Ekolu Village est une propriété mitoyenne paisible situé sur le terrain de golf de Wailea Blue offre une vue panoramique lointaines du Pacifique. Great location

We love staying at this complex, the grounds are well kept, it’s quiet and clean. This unit has everything you need with kitchen supplies, pillows, towels, beach chairs and a beach umbrella. The property management was amazing and totally there when/if you need them immediately. We hope to come back again!

Delightful Stay in Wailea Maui

We found our accommodation perfect. Close to the beach and excellent shopping. The only problem was an ice maker in the refrigerator wasn’t working and the maintenance person couldn’t fix it, but it wasn’t a big deal. We loved the place.

Stunning!

This property was amazing. The view from the lanai was spectacular and we enjoyed watching the beautiful sunsets each night! We loved that we were in Wailea. The management communication was very easy. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had the essentials. The only thing I would recommend is to have some beach supplies. There were 2 coolers and 2 chairs that had seen better days. We bought 2 boogie boards and left them there. Perhaps the owners will keep them for other guests?

Truly Paradise

My family had an incredible stay at this property! We stayed for over 3 weeks with our 3 yr old and baby and were very comfortable the entire time. The apartment itself was very clean, on the ground floor, quiet, and adequately stocked. The view out the back is better than the pictures - we loved watching the sunset over the water. The property is pristine! It is a bit of a walk to the shoppes and the beach but it was so beautiful that we never tired of it. It truly is part of the experience. The management was super responsive and went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. Traveling for so long with little children was a little intimidating, but we could not have had a better experience! Just a note - there are no bathtubs, only showers in both bathrooms. It wasn't an issue for us, but could be good to know ahead of time. We can't wait to come back!

Disappointed

The condo was very disappointing. 2 of the 3 wall air conditioners did not work. The carpet is stained. The unit smelled of ammonia...due to the failure of the air conditioners. The beds were crummy...a chunk of plywood is under the mattress in one room. Holes in the ceilings and cobwebs in the corners. The furniture is worn out and falling apart. The unit needs paint . Everything in here is old and very worn. We dealt with Ali'i resorts LLC. and they said to open the windows and brought us a fan.... we did open the windows , but the BBQs are right outside and the unit filled up with charcoal fumes. The rep at Ali'i said he will make it right for us.....but I don't have much faith. We did enjoy our dip in the pool. I will continue this posting tomorrow...let's see if Ali'i comes through with accommodating our creature comforts.We didn't come to the islands to watch tv...we want a comfortable nights sleep after enjoying Maui. At this time I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone.

Very nice, missing the small stuff that would make it even better

It is a great unit, great location and what a spectacular view on the sunset, on the downside the pool was closed for construction, tv in master did not work and although there are bbq’s right outside the unit there were no bbq utensils other than maybe tongs.

Bad 1st Impression, Great stay

Our group, which included kids and adults, spent 9 night at this property. The location is great! It’s a short walk to the pool, coffee shop, shopping and restaurants. The beach is definitely walkable too. We spent many mornings and evenings in the lanai while the kids played on the adjacent grass area. The view of the sunset is gorgeous! The property was quiet and not overly crowded. It was very nice having a well appointed kitchen and washer and dryer. I was happy with our stay but there were definitely a couple of quirks worth mentioning. Finding the unit was a very frustrating and unnecessarily difficult process. The GPS mapped us to a part of the property that could not access the unit. The property manager was responsive when I reached out but then sent us an illegible map. Not a good experience, especially after a long day of travel. Another strange thing was that they didn’t provide enough toilet paper. There were six of us for 9 nights and quickly went through the few rolls of TP they provided. When I asked for more they said they only offer a welcome supply and then we were on our own. Again, we had a memorable and beautiful vacation. Wailea is definitely our favorite spot.

It has been updated since these pictures were taken. It is beautiful. Grounds/location are amazing!

Well managed condo with upscale feel. Location is fantastic. Even though we were not beachside, that wasn’t an issue because all the beach access points were so close. The pool was lovely and the people who rent or own were lovely. Fantastic experience.
