This is the perfect apartment! The location was convenient to downtown restaurants, bars and Rupp arena within walking distance. Two parking spots available with extra paid parking lot available next to the apartment. . The apartment was decorated so cute, the beds were comfortable, as well as the blankets and pillows. There was plenty of towels. The apartment was well clean. Owners responded in a timely manner with any questions I had. I honestly do not have any complaints . Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!!

Amazing property!

My family of 6 loved our stay at this property! It was well stocked with supplies, towels, kitchen appliances. Great location within walking distance to many places to eat and explore. Looking forward to staying here again when in Lexington!

Excellent choice!

We stayed here when goign to the Railbird Festival. About 1.5 miles. Easy walk or Uber. The space is great, super clean and the beds are VERY comfortable. Would stay again.

Perfect location to visit UK student

The place was very clean, great kitchen sand bathrooms. Perfect space for a family to stay and visit. Parking available was a plus and short walk to Rupp arena.

Adorable apartment, great location

We were visiting UK and this was a perfect location! Adorable unit with a lot of space and very nicely decorated/furnished. It’s right on Limestone but the bedrooms are in the back of the unit so it was not loud at night, which I worried about. I just rebooked it for our next visit!

Beautifully renovated and excellent location to Rupp Arena!

The apartment is beautifully renovated and super spacious for a downtown apartment. It had parking included which is rare and awesome and was in walking distance to Rupp Arena and numerous shops and restaurants. Loved it!

Great apartment in Lex

We were in town with in-laws for a long weekend and we had a great time. The apartment is in a very convenient location and was very comfortable, well-stocked and clean. The host was very communicative and helpful and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it or stay again in the future.

Perfect Place!

This is by far one of the nicest vacation rental units I've ever stayed in -- and I've stayed in a few. Katie's attention to detail means that all the conveniences you need are right at your fingertips. The apartment is squeaky clean, spacious, comfortable and so nicely appointed. All just a short walk from restaurants, bars and shops. Check-in was a breeze with very clear instructions sent the day before and Katie even checked in with us to make sure everything was OK. Highly recommend!

Perfect place to stay in Lexington!

We loved this VRBO! It was the perfect location and we were able to walk to UK campus and downtown. Extremely clean and well kept. The owner was very prompt in returning emails. Would love to stay here again!
