Very clean and comfortable house. A little off the beaten path, but only 3 mins from I-27, so you can get anywhere in town in 15-20 minutes. Use of the garage was appreciated.

Perfect stay

The home was clean, the host was friendly and available when needed, great location, beautiful home and neighborhood. Will definitely return to this home when I return to Lubbock.

Great Place to Stay

We stayed at this location to celebrate my wife’s doctorate graduation from TTU with family and we had a wonderful stay. The owner was attentive to our needs l, for example, the propane for the grill was out and she delivered a new one within an hour. The house is spacious and easily accommodated our party of 10. Would recommend this location when visiting Lubbock.

We loved it

It was better than the pictures, in a nice neighborhood, house was new, clean, well maintained, beds were comfortable, and the house was equipped with everything we needed during our stay. We would stay here again.

Great stay

My family had a wonderful stay here. The property was clean and comfortable. We visited in the summer, and the A/C worked well. We wish the beds had been a little less squeaky, but they were plenty comfy for us. The lockbox was a different style than I had used before, and it gave us a bit of trouble at first. The property owner was quick to help us out. Would stay here again!

The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and was exactly as described. There was a hiccup trying to get in the house, as the door code that was sent to my email a few days before check-in would not work. I did not see that a different code was sent to my vrbo inbox on the day of check-in instead of my email. Some suggestions would be to add some outdoor seating and a welcome sheet for the house such as house rules, wifi password and departure instructions. Also, the cleaning crew needs to be FIRED. The dirty window on the back door looked exactly the same as it did in the picture from a previous review. Blankets in the closet had dog hair and we found many dead bed bugs. They could do a better job of cleaning the cobwebs from under the beds and the dog bones from under the couches. Overall, we had a nice stay. Just wish the house would have been cleaner!

Very Clean and Simple

This property was very clean! It’s arranged simple and easy. Well stocked and inviting. Several out of the norm restaurants near by that were great. We cooked at the house for a few meals with ease as well. Cookie cutter niebor hood that was quiet and felt safe. Communication with property manager was great as well. We look forward to using this property again for our yearly trip to Lubbock!

Texas Tech Graduation

The new home was clean, well equipped and in a convenient location to attend our son’s Texas Tech graduation. The home had everything we needed to have a small family gathering, including some serving trays, an Air Fryer, a grill and enough seating. The home is beautifully decorated and has enough blankets to accommodate our family of six for the weekend. The WiFi was excellent. The ONLY reason I gave four stars instead of five was the lack of a hot tub as advertised. I would stay here again in an instant!

The house was very nice and the location was out of our destination but we enjoyed everything but the air conditioning was not working and the owners controlled air from somewhere else we sweated and the time we were in the house was hot.

Overall the house is very nice. It was comfortable and included everything we needed. The layout is nice and has an open floor plan. The home is located in a newer neighborhood. There were a few issues of deferred maintenance: landscaping is not kept up, electrical outlet issues in the home, a large ant hill issue in the garage to name a few. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Yard had tons of weeds in front and back no room for kids to play outside. Beds were very uncomfortable. Owner was hard to get a hold off. AC was not in our control. Wi-Fi password I had to ask for.

Eric, sorry for the small weed you found, we didn't think it would grow so fast, regarding the A/C, every guest has control so they can set the temperature to their liking. The Wifi password is in the Vrbo application. Regarding the beds, they are comfortable, both for adults and children. Excuse me about the little weed you found in the yard but that doesn't make the rest I mentioned wrong. Thank you so much

Nice, quiet spot for a short visit

Very nice new build. Lots of space for us and our family pet. Even a fenced in yard! Every thing I needed in the kitchen, I found! Very conveniently located, right on the outskirts of town. Far enough to have peace and quiet but close enough to get to places in and around the city. We enjoyed our short stay!
