MAISON FRIENDLY PET NORTH MYRTLE BEACH

AprÚs avoir été membre actif de Vrbo pendant 9 ans, j'ai l'opportunité de développer mon entreprise.
Moi et mes pooches, Daisy et Elmo ont réduit leurs effectifs et déménagé dans un endroit plus petit.
Je ne suis qu'Ă  quelques pĂątĂ©s de maisons, donc si besoin est je peux ĂȘtre Ă  la maison en moins de 5 minutes. De plus, sur la taille plus, je suis toujours en mesure de maintenir une relation Ă©troite avec mon invitĂ© ..
J'ai ouvert ma vie privée à l'étage, il y a donc maintenant une chambre supplémentaire, une salle de bains et un coin repas / cuisine.
Il y a une entrée au niveau supérieur par le salon en bas et une entrée privée par le patio extérieur.
La chambre Ă  l'Ă©tage dispose d'un lit queen-size, d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision couleur avec Roku, d'un grand placard et d'un espace pouvant ĂȘtre utilisĂ© comme vanitĂ© de maquillage ou poste de travail pour ordinateur portable. La salle de bain est une combinaison baignoire-douche.
La taniÚre / cuisine a un canapé-lit qui peut accueillir confortablement un. Le coin cuisine est entiÚrement fonctionnel avec un évier et un comptoir spacieux. Les armoires et tiroirs de cuisine sont équipés de tous les ustensiles de table et d'argenterie, Kurig sur le comptoir pour les tasses de café tÎt le matin.
Il y a aussi un chariot Ă  micro-ondes avec micro-ondes, grille-pain et plaque chauffante.
Réfrigérateur de la taille d'un appartement de l'autre cÎté du mur avec une télévision couleur montée avec Roku et un grand placard.
La porte coulissante en verre mÚne au pont supérieur et aux escaliers menant à la terrasse extérieure.
Le pont supérieur a des siÚges de table pour 4, un grand parasol ombragé et une balançoire pour planeur.

The unit was clean except all the fake plants were very dusty. There is a lack of privacy in this unit. There is an open stairwell from the top level to the bottom level. We could hear the host talking to her dog and could hear her tv. When ever we would get up and walk around the unit her dog would be barking causing our dog to bark. The next door neighbors kids were very loud while we were trying to sleep at 9:30 pm. The road the unit is on is very busy and noisy.

Quiet place for relaxation

Lynn is a wonderful host, very helpful and nice. We stayed 5 nights. Its just a bit further to the ocean than we expected.

We had a lovely time staying here! It was cozy, and well equipped with everything we needed. The perfect size for a long weekend. Lynn even provided coffee and bagels for us! We got great use out of the spacious deck and hot tub. Plus it’s only a short walk to the beach (no parking hassle) , with lots of restaurants and stores on the way.

Very nice little apartment. Just enough space for my daughters and I to enjoy our short vacation. The Hot Tub was also very nice and was perfect since it rained a lot during our stay. This rental is extremely close to the beach, stores and worth every penny. Would like to stay here again on our next visit. Thank You!

Wonderful week at the Beach!

Our trip to North Myrtle was wonderful! Lynn had everything ready and waiting for us, including a few breakfast treats! The 2nd floor apartment was cozy, but had a full size deck and fenced in backyard with a hot tub! Our pups could easily go down the stairs and into the yard without us worrying! The accommodations and location were great, only a 10-15 minute walk to the beach and main street was even closer of a walk. Quiet neighborhood was a plus! Lynn was extremely friendly, helpful and communicative! Definitely recommend this pet friendly place!!

Cozy Upstairs Apartment

VRBO listing said the property was the entire house, what we got was an upstairs apartment. Owner lives downstairs. Thrre was no true seperation between upstairs and downstairs leaving questions about our privacy. Other than these issues, .the apartment was cozy and well equipped.

Snow bird stay

This property was perfect for getting out of New York winter weather. Lynn was kind enough to allow my cats to stay with me and was available for anything I needed. The location couldn’t have been better, walk to the beach and everything main st has to offer. Everything else that is needed is within a 5-10 minute drive. Overall, a great stay. I will be back!

I have stayed in several locations but Lynn was by far the best host. The space is just as described, so welcoming and cozy. Felt just like coming home. I would most definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Experience

We had a wonderful experience staying at this property. The place was neat and clean, and had everything we needed. It exceeded our expectations; the pictures in the ad don't do it justice. Both the house and the yard were very well kept. The owner was very nice. The location was very convenient to everything we needed. We loved everything about it and would definitely stay there again.

Fabulous Chalet

We had the absolute BEST honeymoon here!! The host, Lynn (and Elmo), are fabulous!! From the booking all the way to the end of our stay, everything went SO smoothly! We enjoyed our goodness that Lynn left for us, including the fresh daisies (which is my favorite flower)!! You will NOT be disappointed by staying here😍

Location and Privacy

Lynn’s home is private and cozy. It has all of the amenities you would need. There is a full kitchen with newer Whirlpool appliances. The yard/garden is beautiful. You can tell that she takes pride in making it so “zen.” Lynn’s cohost Elmo will make sure to make you feel right at home with his friendly greeting when you arrive. We loved when he would come for a visit. The location of the property can’t be more convenient yet far away enough from the busy areas to make it peaceful. We will definitely stay again. Quiet neighborhood, short walk to beach :)

We really enjoyed our stay in Myrtle Beach!! Both the neighborhood and house were clean, well kept and quiet, which was a nice reprieve from bustling hotels. It was great to have a full size refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker :) There was a nice safe pathway to the beach
 15 mins to my towel by the waves!! So awesome :) Lynn was always prompt replying to my messages and so very gracious. We would love to visit again :)

I am originally from Winston Salem, NC. I moved to Myrtle Beach, SC in1998 and lived there for one year. I was hired by the local phone company in MB and was sent to NMBeach to work at their location in Little River, SC.
I decided to move closer to my job, so I rented a home in Cherry Grove, SC for a year. I wanted give myself enough time to figure out where I wanted to purchase
my next home. After two years, I knew North Myrtle Beach was the place I wanted to call home, I have been in my current home for 23 1/2 years and it was the best decision of my life!!
I named my home: Shaggin Dog Chalet after my two fur babies, Elmo and Daisy.
Sadly both have passed over the rainbow bridge, but I have rescued another pup named Luna. This girl is full of spit and vinegar and has brought much joy to my life.
I do have a shrine set up in my bedroom for both Daisey & Elmo. These are the first two animals I rescued in over 25 years. They will always be in my heart and soul.

I knew after renting for two years that I wanted to be east of the Intracoastal Waterway and walking distance to the beach. My home is approximately four blocks to the beach and short golf cart ride to the waterway. North Myrtle Beach is the only city in Horry County that is in such close proximity to both ocean and waterway.
I am two blocks from Main Street, North Myrtle Beach which is in walking distance to grocery stores, banks, entertainment, restaurants and shopping.,
You can rent a pontoon or go on a boat to cruise in the waterway for half a day and spend the other half at the beach!
As close as I am to all these places and activities, my neighborhood is quite and I could not ask for better neighbors.
The neighborhood is made up of mostly retired people and vacation homes,

UNIQUE!! HOME UNIQUE!!
IN NORTH MYRTLE BEACH

My home is located in a quite residential neighborhood called Thilgman Woods.
It is a two story patio home and I have converted the upper level into an apartment.
You gain entrance into the apartment through the gated fence and stair's to apartment is immediately to right.
There is a large deck on the upper level and sliding glass doors that you enter into the living areas.
The combined den/kitchen is fully furnished with all the amenities of a full size kitchen and den.
There is a comfy sofa with plenty of room for two and a coffee table that can also be used for sit down eating.
This area also includes full size stove and refrigerator, plenty of cabinetry for storage of food and dishes. (I do furnish all dishes, pots & pans, plus cutlery).
The counter has a bar sink for washing dishes and any other clean ups. There is a large double door closet that I have converted into storage for extra kitchen necessities. Across from coffee bar is a fully furnished linen closet.
The full size bathroom has a walk in shower with grab bar for safety, hand head shower head, large medicine cabinet that is also large enough for extra storage, sink with storage underneath and beautiful oval mirror.
Bedroom is furnished with queen size bed with night stand, wicker dresser, vanity/work station 7 cozy reading nook
Fenced in back yard has a patio area for lounging and gas grill for evening cookouts, Large hot tub and outdoor shower. Yard is fully enclosed and extra fencing for pet's safety.
