Property was clean, it is in an excellent location. The price including fees was outstanding, and they allowed our dog. Is it the Ritz ? No, it is not, if you are looking for a luxury property this is not it, it is a Motel 6 in an excellent location. It worked for us as we were looking for an inexpensive 3 day weekend trip.

It was an Excellent place to go too. Thank you.. And the dogs were Happy because they got to go on the beach before 8, and after 6 in the evening...And Ocean front!!!! The sounds of the waves put us both to sleep...

This was a last minute decision and I have two pits that accompanied my son and I. It was perfect for the dogs. The staff is very nice and friendly super easy going. I would come back!

It was a wonderful place to stay with my husband and our dogs. The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host was responsive and available whenever we had questions. The beach view was absolutely beautiful and made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly had a great time and will definitely be back. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality!

The room was clean and cooled down apron arrival. The AC worked great nice and cold. Easy side access entrance for after hours. Pet friendly! Pool was clean! We stayed for 5 nights and really enjoyed this location.

The view of the ocean from the room was amazing. Communication with our host was easy. The room was clean and basic necessities were provided. The AC unit was quite loud, but effective and necessary. It's a shame that guests with pets are not more respectful of the property. There was dog feces everywhere in the grassy spots. I picked up after my dog Everytime he went, hopefully those who don't won't ruin it for the rest of us. Thank you for an awesome stay!

Room was Clean & inviting and the Kitchen with Dishes, Silverware, Coffeemaker, Large Refrigerator/Freezer, Stove with Potts & Pans , Large Microwave was a Bonus. The View & Outside Seating was Great. Inside seating was good with two chairs & small table & a Futon as the Couch. Two Beds were good firmness and comfortable. The Sink Area was Good and Only Update needed to make it a Perfect Stay is the Bath Shower Combo could use an Update.Truly enjoyed our stay and appreciate that this Ocean Front Condo was Priced Right for the Summer Season !

The view was amazing. You could lay in bed and watch the ocean and a lot of times didn’t have to actually go down on the beach. It’s an older style condo probably from like the 80s or 90s. The communication was excellent. Everyone was welcoming and accommodating. The only thing that I felt that could change would be needing more towels instead of having to go to the gift shop and buy them next-door. If you have a long stay I feel like at least four or five towels should be accommodated without having to buy new towels and washcloths to use. There are also needs to be a kitchen table in the room to have dinner on rather than like a bar style table. I really couldn’t use because of having health problems. Super close to the beach and I loved having an elevator. Another downside if you’re a woman alone, there’s a lot of tenants that own or our long-term renters of the condos and they usually hurdle around the swimming pool and I felt uncomfortable a lot because there would be men and they would offer you to drink champagne and take shots with them I felt very uncomfortable about that. There’s also a man with a big dog on the very bottom floor as you go by the swimming pool and I always felt unsafe and I wouldn’t use the swimming pool and I only used it once after getting scared away from a lot strange men in the pool area. The pool could be updated a little bit and have nicer chairs outside. But as far as the property management, communication the view, close to everything.

This trip was a different experience than my last stay at Blue Palmetto. Our stay was for 3 nights with 2 adults. The bathroom only had 2 towels and 1 wash cloth. We had to purchase towels to get through the stay. The room definitely had an odd odor in the room. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was little more than a light stream. I’ll stay again but ask some more questions before booking.

The bad...The building was listed as non-smoking, it's even posted on every door. However, you got a contact high when you would walk out the condo door. Cigar butts littered the parking lot. Every hallway smelled like pot. The balcony door does not lock, and people have valuable items they bring with them. The shower head was gross, and there was no exhaust in the bathroom. No counter space to prep meals, not even a collapsible table. The trash can in the bathroom was about the size of a solo cup. The outlets along the wall of the head of the beds kept throwing a breaker and the air would cut off, happened twice. I had to clean the nasty filter in the air conditioner because the filter alarm kept going off. Only 1 set of towels provided unless you chose to pay 50 for a refresh package. It was cheaper to buy a few new, clean towels from walmart.The good... There was quick response by the maintenance man for the air conditioner and outlets, once we called the general store. (Did NOT see a way to contact host) It was oceanfront, so I could hear the ocean at night. The beds were pretty comfy minus the plastic cover and constant rustling sound every time you'd move. I booked last minute and this was all I could find oceanfront. Would not stay here again. People who do not smoke pot should not be subjected to it. That was my biggest turn off about the whole place.
