This house was exactly as described and the beds were extremely comfortable! In general, the house was set up to accommodate guests immediate needs, so we didn’t feel like a supermarket run for our supplies was urgent, which was greatly appreciated. The location was close to everything we had on our agenda.

The house is deceptively large from the outside and has plenty of space. Communication and check-in couldn’t have been easier. The home is conveniently situated and it’s a short drive to just about anywhere in CVille or the surrounding area. The offstreet parking for one car is incredibly convenient too.

This house is in a quiet neighborhood, not fancy, driving distance from campus and downtown. Good sized beds and good quality linens and mattresses. Excellent communications.

Wonderful stay! Perfect place to stay for a Charlottesville wedding!

This was the perfect place for us! I stayed at the house with members of the bridal party and it was excellent. Clean, close to downtown, spacious, great neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Convenient and Nice

We enjoyed our stay! We loved how guests staying in the basement had their own kitchen and entrance. It's also convenient to Wegmans, Starbucks, and surrounding stores.

The house is in a great location. Ten minutes from the downtown mall and ten minutes from Monticello. We loved having 5 bedrooms for our group of 5 ladies. I would definitely return;)

Family Stay

This was the perfect property for our vacation. We were visiting family in Charlottesville and this property was located in a great location for us. We had two families staying together. The house worked great for us as one family stayed in the upstairs area and the other one stayed in the basement area. We would stay again.

Great home

Came down to see family. This home was beautiful and located perfectly to where our family was. The house was clean and well maintained. Definitely would recommend it for a large family. It was a lovely town and easy to navigate.

Wonderful space

Small but mighty! You would never think there is 5 bedrooms and still very roomy living spaces. The house was wonderful!
