It was a great house it accommodated our party of 12. It’s in a great location and the host is very good at answering any questions she responds very quickly. I appreciated that very easy to work with the beds are very comfortable.

The place was wonderful. Great location, very nice view, overall very clean and comfortable. The hot tub was okay. A little small and lost heat (the temp began dropping after 20 to 30 min). The kitchen was well-stocked. Love that drawers and cabinets were labeled. Very clean Kitchen utensils and dishware. There are many wasps living inside the ceiling fan in the sunroom. We loved the sunroom, but had to move inside. The host was very responsive and thorough. We'd definitely stay here again.

Excellent Stay for a Group Trip!Here’s what made our stay great for our group of 8:‱ Pool Was Perfect: Don't be concerned by past reviews about the plunge pool size. For our group of 8, it was adequate. The heated feature was a game-changer, allowing us to enjoy it every single night despite the fall chill. We also enjoyed the hot tub, switching between the pool and the hot tub.‱ Spotlessly Clean: The property was very clean and well-maintained when we arrived.‱ Fully Stocked: It had all the amenities we needed, from kitchen appliances to plenty of towels. It truly felt like a "home away from home."‱ Comfortable for 8: The sleeping arrangements and common living spaces comfortably accommodated our entire party.

House was overall great. Cleanliness of the property was the biggest issue. Floors were very dirty and there was a lot of dust/bugs on the main level. Pool was also only half filled and we didn’t see a way to fill the pool up. Upper deck had a great sunset view!

We had 11 of us, 3 kids 5 to 9 and 8 adults. House had plenty of space. The main beds were comfortable but the pull out sleeper beds were not. The pool, which is a plunge pool is really small for this size house. No one even got in it because it was so small, even the 3 kids. The hot tub is a nice feature and was used. Would have been nice to have a TV on the main level living area, main TV was downstairs in second living area. Location is good and place for the most part was clean. We had a great time enjoying Branson as a family. Check in was easy and host communicated ahead of time and really no communication needed after we arrived. Would rate this place a 4 overall.

Time with the Family.

I loved the property. The house is in a natural setting and close to Branson. It's very clean and well-equipped. We'll definitely be back and will recommend it to our friends and family.

This property was great! Communication was easy and quick! Only thing I would add would be there are many levels so if you have anyone who has difficulty doing stairs it can be tricky

Ideal family reunion house

We had 11 stay here, and really enjoyed the open layout of the kitchen, LR, DR. The facilities are new, and we really enjoyed the hot tub out back. Great place!

This property is a perfect place to have family and friends reunion. It is in the middle of nature away from the crowded houses and lodges. The place is private, quiet, and perfect for reunion. There is ample parking space including parking for boats.
This neighborhood has stunning view of sunset and mountains. You will not have noise or crowd and therefore you will have a perfect family vacation. The property has a private heated plunge pool that is ONLY for the guests.

I have three properties next to each other. If there is a large group (up to 60), I can handle all the guests. Each house has a private plunge pool. No other house in this area has a private heated plunge pool. You will have ample time to decide where you want to spend time- at the deck, indoor, pool, or hot tub. There is an EV charger in all properties
