Dolphin Watch - Charmant - Cosy - Oceanfront - Beachfront!

Ce condo 1 chambre 1 salle de bain en bord de mer est à la fois charmant et confortable. Il comprend des planchers de bois franc, une cheminée à bois au gaz, de nouvelles armoires de cuisine, des comptoirs en granit, un comptoir en travertin pour appareils électroménagers dans la baignoire avec un lavabo et une nouvelle douche carrelée personnalisée. Ce condo est une unité d'extrémité située au troisiÚme (dernier) étage de l'immeuble qui vous donne plus d'intimité et une merveilleuse brise océanique pour ces chaudes nuits d'été. Vous pouvez profiter à la fois de magnifiques levers et couchers de soleil depuis le porche couvert pendant que vous regardez les dauphins jouer.

Il y a une promenade privĂ©e sur les dunes jusqu'Ă  la plage. La jetĂ©e de pĂȘche Folly est Ă  quelques pas et vous n'ĂȘtes qu'Ă  un pĂątĂ© de maisons du centre-ville de «Funky Folly». Marchez vers les nombreux restaurants, bars et boutiques de plage magnifiques. En outre, le centre-ville de Charleston est Ă  seulement 12 miles si vous choisissez de vous aventurer au large de la plage.

Ceci est le condo personnel des propriĂ©taires. Nous apprĂ©cions souvent l'unitĂ© et nous nous sommes mĂȘme mariĂ©s ici. Nous espĂ©rons que vous apprĂ©cierez votre sĂ©jour ici autant que nous!

Fantastically beautiful overlook of the ocean and pier right on the beach! We truly were able to watch dolphins playing in the the ocean with the first rays of the morning sun as well as fisher birds diving for their meals, right from our deck! Everything you need is just a short walk away: excellent restaurants, coffee, shopping, music and more. This is our second stay at Dolphin Watch, and there will definitely be more!

Didn’t expect the dog situation, no water pressure, 4 flights of stairs, shared thermostat, but all in all we had a great time. Luckily we had great neighbors and the host is the most wonderful person in the world. But we won’t be back.

This is an amazing location in Folly Beach and we will definitely be back! It is so close to all the restaraunts and shopping in town and the view of the beach, pier and ocean is amazing! It is right there off the balcony which has awesome views. We spent so much time out there just soaking up the atmosphere and enjoying the views. The beach is aslo fantastic and just steps away! The room has all your basic amenities and meal-prep items for making your own meals if needed, but there are so many fantastic retaurants within walking distance. The bed was comfortable and the furiture cozy. The bathroom shower is huge! My wife and I stayed for 3 nights and it was thouroughly relaxing and enjoyable. We will definitely be back for a longer stay.

Over all happy with the property. Disappointed with it saying it slept 4. While there is a pull out couch it was in such bad shape that the person sleeping there would push down on the mattress and fall through the underside of the bed. We ended up having to leave it set up as a couch, cover it with pillows and then cover the whole thing with a sheet. It was pretty stained and over all not in good condition. So at most it slept 3...luckily that was all we had. Other than that there were minor things that could use some up keep but overall we were happy with the accommodations. The renter was responsive when we couldn't figure out how to turn the light on....fyi it has a remote so if that is misplaced you can't turn the light on in the bedroom. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with basic items to do minor cooking. It is right on the beach. Im not sure if this rental allowed animals, but other rooms in the building did. Wasn't an issue for us but could be if someone can't handle the daily/nightly barking. There is not an elevator which again was no issue for us, but I did talk with some other renters that didn't realize that and had a difficult time getting up to the third floor carrying all their items. We enjoyed our stay there.

This property location is perfect ! Within walking distance of downtown and all restaurants/shops. We rented a golf cart and hardly used it (except to tour the island). The 3rd floor view is amazing and the end unit provides a nice bit of privacy as no one passes in front of the patio area The property photos represent the location correctly.There are a few games and a puzzle (which we did when it rained)The washer /dryer is shared with next door tenant but there was no conflict to get anything washed. The only things i would like to see improved-Two of the smallest rolls of TP lasted about 3 days. Maybe add a box of Kleenex ?-The sink in the restroom is one of those bowl on counter styles (on top of a high counter). My wife is shorter and it was challenging to use-Coffee maker could use replaced--we just bought cold brewI would 100% stay here again if its available when we go back to Folly Beach.

the kitchen supplies did not accommodate 3 people, plenty of coffee mugs, but only 2 random glasses and 2 wine glasses - not a set of anything including silverware. Even if limited to two people, supplies are sparse.

Lovely View

Loved the end unit and covered porch. The view was absolutely gorgeous. Refrigerator wasn't working but the owner addressed the situation as best she could. No elevator in the building so three flights of stairs to the third level, but not bad at all.

Great Views!

We had an amazing time at the beach! The property was as described except for fridge/freezer acting “on the fritz”. Hosts communicated timely and explained a new one was on the way this week. Thank you for the opportunity and hope to come back again!
