Tuscan Sun is an award-worthy, luxury retreat located at 301 Ariola Drive in the heart of Pensacola Beach. With six bedrooms, six full bathrooms, and a half bath across three levels, this expansive beach home is ideal for multi-generational families, large groups, or event gatherings. The main living level features a Gulf-facing great room, chef’s kitchen, and dining space that flow seamlessly to the private pool deck, offering endless views and indoor-outdoor living. The primary king suite is also located on this level for convenient access.

Upstairs, you'll find four well-appointed bedrooms, two with king beds, one with a queen, and one with a queen and twin bed, each with a private en-suite bath. The third floor is designed for fun and flexibility, featuring a game room with a pool table, wet bar, queen sleeper sofa, and the sixth bedroom with four built-in twin bunks plus a rollaway twin. Tuscan Sun delivers a custom luxury experience just steps from the sand, with an elevator, prime beach access, and thoughtful design throughout.

Booking Details:
* Pool heating available: $55/day
Pool heating is available seasonally for $80 per day and must be added for the entire duration of your stay.
Please note that pool heaters depend on ambient (outdoor) temperatures. When outdoor temperatures are 50°F or below, the heater may be unable to maintain the desired water temperature. By requesting pool heating, you acknowledge that pool heat is not guaranteed.
Refunds will be considered only in the event of a verified mechanical or compressor failure of the heating equipment. Reduced heating performance due to low outdoor temperatures is a known limitation of electric pool heaters and is beyond our control. As such, no refunds or rate adjustments will be provided for weather-related heating limitations.
