Southside Joshua Tree Serenity

This house is on a lovely Street surrounded by quiet nice neighbors. We are dear friends with a few neighbors on the street. It is important to us that our guests are a good fit for the street. My favorite thing to do at this house is relax in the hammock on the back patio after going on a scenic hike only 10 blocks away. Downtown Joshua tree is about 13 blocks from the house and a 5-minute drive to the West entrance to the national Park. We are also very close to several really cool hikes.

Hiking in JT

The house was decorated with care but the kitchen could use new cupboards/updating and the bathtub recaulking. The shower in the 2nd bathroom was fine though. Every other area of the house was very nice and welcoming. Katie obviously has an eye for decorating.

Great location and home near the West Joshua Tree entrance

This home was comfortable, clean, well stocked and GREAT location. Hot tub on the back patio was a big plus!

Great stay

This was such a cute home. The amenities worked great! Everything was clean and simple to use. Katie was very sweet and was great to contact. It’s a nice stay that’s pretty close to downtown JT. I would stay here again for sure!

Great access to Joshua Tree & great host!

Katie was very responsive and the house was as described. The hot tub was fabulous- strongly recommend. 4 adults, plenty of room and kitchen has good appliances. If we return to the area would stay again.

Joshua Tree NP Visit

After a glitch checking in, we enjoyed our stay. Appreciated Katie’s promptness in dealing with issue. Great location to park entrance! Nice place however, back yard needed some care.

We went to the desert to show my mom Joshua Tree. It was unseasonably cold and rainy and even had snow and sleet in the park. Coming back to the clean house, hopping in the hot tub, being warm, getting local pizza, it all saved the day. 😊

Joshua Tree relaxing!

The scenery from the house is terrific. Several park visitor centers are close by. Check in & communication went fine. Fenced in back yard was a treat for our Corgi. Loved it all.

Mini vacation in Joshua Tree

Perfectly curated desert bohemian ranch house. A very relaxing experience. Kitchen appliances were nicely laid out, easy to access. The master bed could be more comfortable. The backyard is set up for enjoying the views and the stars. I feel asleep on the back bench. We could not get the hot tub to go higher than 99 but it was still nice. Close proximity to the park entrance. We also enjoyed a walk with the dog in a nearby canyon, as described in a hand-drawn map in the visitor instructions. We would stay again.

Desert Stay

Katie's home was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The location was great and it was exactly what we were looking for. We were there for only one night but I would definitely move in. Or at least stay there again. Lol. Katie was a wonderful host. She was quick to respond and answer any questions. Overall great experience.

Well appointed with minimalist decor, Quiet neighborhood, near park entrance and Joshua Tree town. Nice games closet. Kitchen cabinets were rough but contained everything needed except a dish drainer. Porch with hot tub was lovely. Comfortable beds. Responsive host.

Close Location to NP

If you are looking to visit Joshua Tree NP - you almost cannot stay any closer. The distance from the entrance was perfect. You are close enough to shopping in town as well. We enjoyed the hot tub on the back porch in the evenings with the views of some mountains in the distance. The neighborhood was very quiet, we did not hear any disturbances at all. The rolling beds were a favorite for the kids.

Very comfortable beds

We came to Joshua Tree for a wedding. We were busy with the wedding and were only in the house at night. Beds were very comfortable. House was very clean. We loved the spa and the backyard view is very nice. There isn't internet available but our phones worked fine as hot spots. Shopping and restaurants nearby. My husband enjoyed playing the guitar in the living room as well.

Joshua tree half marathon stay

My daughter and I ran the JT half and were so grateful to be able to find this VRBO. It was adorable, in a quiet neighborhood, had a hot tub, and was just a perfect place to stay both before and after the race. Katie was responsive and the house was well appointed, clean, and so relaxing. We loved staying here!!

Loved it

The house it so thoughtfully designed and had everything we needed. We felt home the minute we arrived. I enjoyed the sunrise in the hammock and the breakfast on the patio. Perfect location to visit Joshua Tree NP!
