Located in the heart of Joshua Tree. Relax in the private backyard while enjoying the outdoor dining area, hot tub and hammocks. Warm up by the fire at night while stargazing the beautiful desert sky. The attached garage is equipped with a pool table that doubles as ping pong table, a large couch that stores a pull-out queen mattress and a large 65" Smart TV. The garage has heat and air conditioning for maximum comfort for watching a movie, sleeping, shooting some pool or playing ping pong.

Sunburst Hacienda is a great place to stay. The house is clean, modern, and fully equipped with everything needed. The house is close to Joshua Tree National Park, restaurants, and shops. We loved hiking in the park and dining in local restaurants. Kale is a great host, very communicative and quickly responded to all questions.

Long Weekend Stay

We loved Sunburst Hacienda! The space is beautiful, clean, and close to Joshua Tree shops and restaurants and park entrances. Stargazing in the hammocks at night was so peaceful, we used some of the board games and had everything we needed to make a few meals in the kitchen. The VRBO photos were a bit confusing, but there are two bedrooms (1 with a king bed, 1 with two twin beds) and the converted garage with a large pull out sofa. Overall very comfortable stay for 4-6 people, and the hosts were very responsive.

Lovely home, located just down the road from all of the restaurants and markets in town. The home was gorgeous and we had everything we needed. I’d definitely stay there again and would recommend to all of my friends and family.

This was a nice property. The inside was descorated and designed really nicely. We enjoyed all rooms and the back yard and hot tub. It wasn’t quite as walkable as we had hoped as it is on the opposite side of the hwy from Joshua Tree Visitor Center and about 6-8 miles from the park West entrance. Overall it was a really nice stay!

Two nights in this Desert Oasis

Our family of four—with two teens— thoroughly enjoyed this home during our visit to Joshua Tree National Park. It was beautifully and comfortably decorated. The location was convenient to everything but quiet in a residential area. We would highly recommend it to anyone!

Spring Break Park Getaway

Sunburst Hacienda was one of our favorite rentals EVER! The renovation on this property is spectacular. We did 3 national parks in a week and this was our splurge space to spread out a bit, do laundry, pack lunches and relax with the pool table/ping pong table and hot tub. Close access to Joshua Tree National Park made it so easy to head into the park for hiking and stargazing. Thank you so much for a lovely getaway.

Great stay right near Joshua Tree park entrance.

We had a great time staying at the Sunburst Hacienda. The house has. Great layout with space to hang together and also space to spread out. The bonus room was much loved by our kids. The hot tub and backyard was lovely. Kitchen had enough cookware for basic dinners which was perfect for us. The location is close to the park entrance and to restaurants in town.

Exceptional stay in Joshua Tree

This was a great stay and everything was as pictured and described. Could not be closer to the west entrance for Joshua Tree and the visitors center. Perfect stay for our family of five. Enough room for teens to spread out and get a little alone time after a day in the park. And the younger kids loved the hot tub and ping pong table. Highly recommended.

Wonderful Property near Joshua Tree National Park

This cute little home is exactly as pictured and described in the listing. Our family of five enjoyed relaxing and playing ping pong when we weren't out exploring Joshua Tree NP. The entire home is immaculate and Kale was extremely kind and communicative. Minutes from both the Joshua Tree NP Visitor's Center and the park entrance—highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful place!

The house was immaculate, light and airy with comfortable beds, big kitchen, a nice hot tub and a fun ping pong/pool table. Very comfortable sofa in the game room and two large screen TVs. Also easy access to downtown and to Joshua Tree National Park. Communication with Kale via text was prompt and easy.

Great location for Joshua Tree NP

I met some family for a stay here while we explored Joshua Tree NP. It worked out very well. There are good nearby restaurants. One of the national park entrances is very near to the property. The property was comfortable and clean. Plus we enjoyed playing ping pong.

Perfect Joshua Tree Getaway with Cozy Charm and Great Amenities!

We had an amazing stay at this charming home in Joshua Tree! The space was beautifully designed and made the home feel so cozy and inviting. We especially loved relaxing in the hot tub outside and hanging out in the fenced-in backyard—it was the perfect way to unwind. The kitchen was fantastic, fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking an staying in, and we were close to downtown/Joshua Tree National Park for when we did want to get out. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-appointed getaway!

Family stay over christmas

We had a lovely stay over Christmas - the house was really well set up, and we took full advantage of the hot tub after spending the days climbing at Joshua Tree NP, which is very close by.We’d definitely recommend staying there!

Girls weekend getaway

My girlfriends and I stayed at this location. Very close to the main road, restaurants, hiking trails. The house was amazing, very clean, cozy and cute. Kale, the owner was so quick to respond to any questions and very accommodating. I would totally recommend this house and would stay here again

Great property and an even better host

Kale was the best host I’ve worked with so far with my many VRBO stays. Property was a great location and was lovely. Bed was comfy, hot tub was great and the kitchen had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

Sunburst Hacienda is our first vacation rental. Renovating this property has been a labor of love with our actual blood sweat and tears put into this place.
