THE VILLA:

Welcome to this beautiful, serene home with an easy sense of calm and elegance.
The villa offers privacy and comfort in a relaxed environment. Beautiful indoor and outdoor living and dining areas.

The entrance of the house is through a charming garden foyer. Once you enter the house you will see the formal living/dining areas, a family/TV room and a lovely kitchen with a casual dining area, all air-conditioned. Pocket doors completely open to unify interior and outdoor spaces.

A pleasant, covered terrace area with informal living and dining areas, all with garden views. Beautiful pool, lounge areas, bbq table unit, a summer lunch table, a complete outdoor bathroom, green lawns and hammocks, creating a calming backdrop.

The villa has 4 bedrooms. Two master suites with king size beds, a third bedroom with 2 queen beds and a fourth bedroom with 1 queen bed. Each bedroom has it's own ensuite bathroom.

The house sleeps 10 people.

2 full time staff (1 Cook, 1 Housekeeper)
Staff working schedule is 8AM – 4PM
Additional service hours after 4PM and/or additional personnel/nanny are available for an additional fee.
The house has 1 service room, if you ever need them to stay overnight. This service has an additional fee.

TRAVEL INFO:

RESORT FEE: $30/adult/day (12 years of age and older), $15/child/day (between 4-12 years old), and children under 4 years below are granted free access. This fee is payable when you register at Casa de Campo. Each guest will receive an ID card which is to be presented to access the beach club, make restaurant reservations, etc. This card entitles you to a 15% discount at participating restaurants, sports facilities and other activities. You will also have access to golf courses including advanced reservations at special rates and use of the fitness center at a special rate. The resort fee also includes access to healthcare services at the Central Romana Medical Center.
