Kitchen needed deep cleaning-spent a couple of hours cleaning drawers and cupboards and rewashing flatware, dishes to be able to cook etc properly. Moldy coffee grounds in coffee maker.Bedrooms and baths were clean.No screens on many windows.House for sale so deferred maintenance is apparent.Fabulous location and patio area. Ocean view from second floor balcony.

Overall a very nice property, with a great location! Needs some items to be added to be able to comfortably accomadate 10 people. The home looks to be older than the pictures, but still very nice. The owner is very easy to work with!

Pebble Beach Hideaway

We had a great time staying at Julia’s house in Pebble Beach. It was a very nice quiet location but also felt quite neighborly. The house has very nice living areas especially in the sunny front enclosed yard with a bbq. There is also a pretty view of the water from the small upstairs deck. The host was very friendly and helpful.

Perfect for a family getaway

This pristine home was absolutely perfect for our party of six. The home sits in a secluded location and features a breathtaking ocean view. Yet it is mere minutes from the nation's best golf courses, Carmel-by-the-Sea, and Monterey. Comfortable beds, a wonderful kitchen, and an incredibly convenient layout made this a stay to remember. We hope to come back soon!

Weekend in Carmel/Monterey

Property was clean and quiet and felt like we were in the woods and just minutes away in between Carmel and Monterey. Plenty of room for 8 of us and felt at home. My friends were impressed with the house and liked the comfort and vibe of the house. Highly recommend!

It was the perfect size and layout for us. Everything worked and was clean. It was very nice to have toiletries "hotel style" - small portions of shampoo, bath gel and body lotion. The kitchen was well stocked and nicely updated. There is lots of off street parking. The back patio is very nice. The beds were very comfortable. Most PB rentals are pretty dated and beat up. This one was in the best shape of the ones we have stay in over the years.

Peaceful Pebble Beach Weekend

Julia's house was a great home base for our weekend getaway and Big Sur Marathon. Kitchen was well stocked and the rest of the house was spacious and comfortable. The driveway is very steep and narrow, which would be good to know ahead of time if you have a low vehicle or one with a trailer hitch like ours!

The house was exactly as presented right off the 17 mile drive. There were 9 family members of 3 generations there to attend a baby shower for our granddaughter. The bedrooms downstairs were great for the soon to be great grandparents. There was plenty of space in the living area with a nice big table for us to play cards and board games.
