Mettez les voiles pour les vacances ultimes: vous serez "roi du monde" dans cette maison de plage incroyable. Avec une vue panoramique sur l'océan dans toutes les directions, cette maison écologique est perchée comme un bateau sur le sable blanc des dunes d'Asilomar. Professionnellement décoré avec des meubles de luxe, si dispose d'une cuisine moderne, un patio abrité, et des vues sur l'océan de presque chaque piÚce. A l'étage, il y a une suite parentale avec un lit Cal King et une deuxiÚme chambre avec une reine; l'étage inférieur a une troisiÚme chambre avec deux lits jumeaux. Il y a cinq téléviseurs à écran plat dans la maison.
La plage d'Asilomar - aux portes de Pebble Beach - offre certains des plus beaux paysages de la cĂŽte californienne. Passez vos journĂ©es Ă  explorer les bassins de marĂ©es. Faites de longues promenades sur la promenade. Jouez au golf, visitez l'Aquarium ou abandonnez-vous aux charmes du Carmel. À la fin de la journĂ©e, rendez-vous Ă  Spanish Bay pour une libation au coucher du soleil. Puis revenez Ă  la maison, allumer un feu, et s'endormir au son des vagues.
NOTE: Ceci est un quartier résidentiel calme (pas de bruit ou d'événements sont autorisés). 
Le Beachouse est situĂ© dans une zone Ă©cologiquement sensible. La California Coastal Commission ne permet pas de marcher sur les dunes, car les plantes peuvent facilement ĂȘtre endommagĂ©es - mais il y a une grande plage de sable juste en bas de la route pour votre plaisir. Spectacular. We had a beautiful Thanksgiving week in Pacific Grove. The house is perched in the dunes overlooking Monterey Bay. The kitchen has plenty of work area for cooking. The local deer greeted us outside the back patio each morning and evening. We hope to return to the beach house again someday.

Perfect perch

This property is by far the best place we have stayed in Pacific Grove. The ocean breeze and views of the ocean were wonderful. It is a beautiful home with a wonderful feeling.

Amazing views. Not ocean front, but very good views nevertheless. Short walk to one of the most beautiful coastlines in the state. Place was very well appointed. House felt luxurious and posh. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood with deer walking by and gorgeous sand dunes. Short drive to restaurants and stores. Amazing scenery up and down the coasts. Near the airport and iconic towns.As a fairly minor complaint, I do think the house could be in better maintenance condition. We were informed the drier was not functioning upon checking in. In addition, multiple screens in doors were either non-functional, or missing/leaning against the house. Also, a few lights had burned out bulbs or were non-functional. The primary bathroom had only luke warm water for showering. These details did impact my experience, with the lighting and inability to have a hot shower.

Wow factor definitely there....from walking in the door to the sunset views and non-stop wildlife on the property, our stay was magical. The well-appointed kitchen is fabulous with high-end appliances, great work space and gorgeous views with floor to ceiling windows. The master bedroom is equally as impressive! House was clean, well-stocked with linens, paper products and basic cooking necessities. Also, very convenient location for walking on the beach or driving into town. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful beach house in Pacific Grove. The location is unbeatable, offering stunning ocean views just steps from the shoreline. The house itself is thoughtfully designed and exceptionally well maintained, with a well-equipped kitchen and high-quality appliances that made cooking a breeze. The staff was incredibly responsive and helpful—especially Kyle, who was quick to reply when we had a small issue with the blinds. Everything about the stay felt easy and enjoyable. We’ll definitely be renting this gem again!

Better than the amazing photos

Huge wow factor when you walk in. And then huge wow factor as you walk around. We’ve stayed in a lot of nice rentals and this blew them all away. It’s been a week later and I’m still thinking about it! The master bedroom is an absolute dream. From the insane views, to the super comfy bed, closet the size of a bedroom and luxury bath. The other bedrooms were amazing as well. Seriously the pictures look great but do not begin to do it justice. It’s a dream house. It was stocked with everything. You won’t run out of linens, towels, you name it. The kitchen and family room is - how many times can I say amazing? Location is incredible. 2-3 min and you are at Asilomar beach. Lots of otters and tide pools to explore. Great walking paths. And then there are the deer!!!! If you are animal lovers you will flip over all the deer! It is a very special house and experience. We would stay there again in a heartbeat - and hope to do so soon! Truly the very best!

Clean, comfortable and great view

As you can see by my summaries from above my family reallyenjoy the property. If I had one complaint the Wi-Fi in the master bedroom wasn’t very strong maybe a stronger router or a mesh system would work a little better.

Anniversary Trip

My husband and I came to spend our anniversary together. The house was beautiful and plenty of space! We had to rearrange some things and were looking for suggestions on things in the area, for both we messaged through Vrbo and didn’t receive any response. I had to email directly the house manager. We would have liked a variety of pillow options (feather, firm, less fluffy) and we also thought the bed in the master was very firm. That is a preference so may not matter to others but it affected our quality of sleep. It was well stocked and in a great location. We enjoyed the easy drive to most areas. The master suite is beautiful, although the shower water didn’t get very hot and there was little water pressure. The WiFi didn’t reach well so you aren’t able to get much in the master or stream with the awesome tv in there due to the poor connection. For the price of the house it seems these things would be considered especially for those that require an internet connection. All that being said, if you are looking to relax, disconnect, enjoy wildlife and the beautiful coast of California then this is an amazing option. It’s good for a family with lots of room and bathrooms.

Stunning View and Property

This home is stunning, well appointed and in a superb Pacific Grove location. Photos of the panoramic view don’t do this superb property justice. The chef’s kitchen with an extra large island was a bonus. We hope to have the opportunity to stay here again. -Deborah

The perfect place to relax and recharge

A very special and unique neighborhood at the amazing Asilomar Beach. This house offers stunning panoramic views. We basked in the luxurious comfort of our temporary home, enjoying cooking in the well appointed kitchen, gazing out the huge windows at the view and taking long walks along the ocean. A perfect getaway.

Tremendous!

The location was perfect. The views from the master bedroom were phenomenal. Sleeping with the windows open to sounds of the surf was so relaxing. The decor, the layout, the deer(!) coming right up to the patio...it was a wonderful experience.
