It's just a five minute drive to the beach from this spacious home in Mission Fields. Situated on a generous corner lot, the living room (with a wood-burning stove) opens up to an inviting courtyard with outdoor furniture, a hot tub and a gas barbecue (and a pool table in the garage!). Conveniently located, it's close to beaches, hiking trails, downtown shops, restaurants, and the Crossroads Shopping Center. One dog accepted with prior screening at https://monterey.petscreening.com Three bedrooms with 3 new Queen beds, plus a queen sofa sleeper in the downstairs den and a sofa bed in the 2nd floor loft that converts to a Queen or two Twins. Three full baths. Two-story home. Driveway and street parking. Washer/dryer in garage.

Great location and the kitchen is well outfitted. Plenty of room for three couples and we really enjoyed the social areas. The beds were way too soft though. Only one of the six of us felt like they got a good night's sleep. Also outdoor lighting at the parking area/driveway is lacking and you either have to walk through a dark yard or around the corner on the street to get to the entry. Weird.

Great Clean Place close to everything

The house felt spacious and had plenty of space inside and outside for hanging out. Felt very clean and well kept. Check in and check out procedures were easy and clear. I would stay there again.

Fun weekend in Carmel

Great property. Everything was very nice. Close to downtown Carmel. Lovely neighborhood for walking.We were not big fans of the super soft, cushy mattresses, other than that, it was the perfect place to stay.

Perfect for our family

What a great house. We stayed with our adult children for a family wedding. The house is very spacious with plenty of room for privacy and three bathrooms to get ready for festivities. The hot tub and pool table were great for entertainment. Host was wonderful! Great neighborhood.

Great little oasis in Carmel

Spacious, well decorated
 a really cute and clean property. A tiny issue with the hot tub was addressed immediately. Our 6 year old loved the game selection and the ping pong table. We would recommend this place.

Perfect home fore a family stay in Carmel!

Our family of five stayed at sycamore place for three nights and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to call home in our travels. There was so much room, everything was clean and beautiful, and the hot tub was perfection! It’s in a great spot for easy access to the 1 to get to Monterey and Big Sur, and very close to the downtown area of Carmel. Loved it and would highly recommend!

Great house and location

The house is really big with plenty of rooms for people to spread out. Beautiful backyard and front yard. Easy walk to the Mission, Carmel Mission Ranch and Carmel Beach. Kitchen is great plenty of supplies. Went for a girls weekend and we had a fabulous time and will be back to this awesome house.

Exceeding all expectations!

We had such an amazing time and stay! Extremely easy to check in. The location is close to great restaurants, the beach and Monterey. It was the perfect spot to stay. My daughter was graduating from Monterey Peninsula College and family came from out of state to help celebrate this milestone. The extra space was greatly appreciated! Thank you to the property manager for being available!

Carmel Family getaway

Great communication with property management, property was exactly as described. Very clean, large house with well-spaced bedrooms, multiple gathering areas (loft, living room, TV room), large kitchen with nice range for cooking and lovely outdoor spaces including spa. Fenced yard and dog friendly. House is about a mile from downtown Carmel in a quiet residential neighborhood. We would definitely stay there again.

Great weekend in Carmel!

Our 3 couples loved our weekend in Carmel at Sycamore Place - fabulous location, great house, nice fenced in yard, well stocked kitchen and perfect hot tub! Property Manager was quick to respond to a couple of minor issues which we appreciated. The office in the house was very handy for some of our crew that had to work. Beds are very soft which was fine for some, not great for 1 of the couples. Easy access in and out with a code. Would definitely stay again!

Gem of a house

Extremely clean, well maintained, high quality furnishings and kitchen equipment / utensils. Amazing wrap-around yard that feels like a magical garden. Plants are beautiful and there is overall hint of Japanese or Hawaiian style. The first picture of beautiful beach is a bit deceiving because this house is located about a mile away. Carmel by the sea, any shopping and beach are short distance away. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Amazing

Amazing property and experience from the start. As soon as we booked the property, the management company was easy to work with, answering our questions promptly and thoroughly. Upon our arrival, there was an issue with the entry code provided that the management company promptly addressed. The property itself is exactly as described and depicted online. Clean, well stocked, and extremely comfortable for our five adult, one child and one dog group. Highly recommend.

Great home. Perfect for a family.

Clean spacious home. The three bedrooms are not near one another. My wife and I could use our space without issue. The yard is great for your furry family member. The home is within walking distance to the Carmel Mission and the Mission trail system. Awesome for our daily walks with our puppy. The only issue is the tv required a streaming service and we could not watch the World Series. We ended up driving a short distance to town to watch.

Lovely Home!

We had a lovely time in this well located, beautifully landscaped home in carmel-by-the-sea. Multiple sets of french doors surround the backyard and look out onto the private patio which has a new outdoor couch seating arrangement, and a hot tub situated in a private area. The house is very spacious, clean and adorned with beautiful ocean-themed art while the furnishings are clean and in very good condition. The kitchen has the conveniences of home (excellent coffee maker, new dish washer, new pots/pans), is well stocked, spacious and beautiful. There are three full and modern looking bathrooms - plenty of room to for everyone to get ready! Bottom line - we would rent this home again without hesitation!

Pictures do it justice

When I booked this house it was a brand new listing, 0 reviews. I wondered if it was too good to be true. It wasn’t. What you see from the pictures is what you get. Newly updated fixtures and finishes. Lots of light. Very clean. Extra towels. Spacious and we didn’t even use the office area, but it had games and some books. Nice, clean hot tub. The garage can be accessed from the back patio and had a ping pong/pool table my boys enjoyed. Also where the front-load washer and dryer are. Very good location in nice, quiet neighborhood with easy access to highway, gas and Safeway. Great communication from management. Would definitely stay there again.
