Our remodeled (2023) Santa Barbara vacation home is situated on a beautiful 3/4 acre and is perfect for month-long family beach vacations, locals currently remodeling their own home and extended stays.

Conveniently located minutes from local beaches, downtown State Street restaurants and shopping - it's a perfect launching point for wine-tasting, visits to the Santa Barbara Mission, weddings, Santa Barbara Bowl concerts, UCSB parents, Montecito and beach excursions!

You’ll find beachside laid-back casual and convenience in our 3 bedroom, 2 bath home that accommodates 6 people very comfortably. Our top priority is providing every guest with a truly unique and enjoyable experience that is relaxed and easy at every turn.

The centerpiece of the home is the backyard. An expansive grass area is perfect for alfresco dining, entertaining and relaxing. Fruit trees line the grass, and towering oaks add privacy. There are four separate patio areas – for grilling, lounging and dining. A vegetable garden supplies in-season veggies.

The house is well-equipped for your ease. From beach equipment (towels, chairs, umbrellas, totes and toys) to a well stocked kitchen (seasonings, servingware and cookware - coffee and tea) to a crisp linen closet! We have internet, washer/dryer and plenty of parking.

Our open floor plan features an entry hall and great-room with vaulted ceilings, two seating areas, and a wood-burning fireplace . The room opens up to the dining patio and expansive yard. A separate dining room seats 8 comfortably with doors that lead you to a large patio.

The bright - newly remodeled in 2023 - kitchen overlooks the garden and is stocked with cookware, small appliances, serving ware, bar and glassware. The cabinets are filled with kitchen basics and spices for cooking. A double oven, dishwasher complete the kitchen that also features a breakfast nook.The kitchen also features a wine refrigerator.

The primary bedroom is a peaceful retreat that features a queen-size bed, and doors that open up to the outside seating area in the garden. The primary bathroom has a shower stall. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. A third bedroom features two twin size beds.
Beds feature cotton sheets, non-allergenic pillows and plenty of beautiful Serena & Lily comforters. The second bath features a tub/shower combo, and plenty of counter space. Stacks of towels and soap are included.
PLEASE NOTE: The cancelled reservations noted in reviews were due to the city due to city regulations that did not allow short stays.
