Perfect place for our stay. Great neighborhood, ideal location for us, and we enjoyed the wonderful ocean breeze. The house had all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The host was super accommodating and helpful.

Great stay and visit

We had a wonderful time in Santa Barbara with this house as our base. Layout is great as is the pool and hot tub! Location is amazing and peaceful, walkable to grocery and a few restaurants and to a couple of beaches and open space trails. We hope to be back soon!

Perfect paradise

We stayed here for Christmas. My children and my grandchildren and I had the best time! The house was perfect for us. The property was beautiful. The location was amazing! The views were spectacular. If I could give this more than five stars I would! It was absolutely the most wonderful vacation I have ever taken.

Ladies Weekend

This little bungalow is located in the cutiest little neighborhood, with really nice families. Is within walking distance of the beach and grocery store. The outside set up was a great place to enjoy that morning coffee. The local manager was very on top of any problem we had. Very comfortable.

Dreamy SB holiday stay

This property was just what we needed! We stayed in a mixed group, my family of three including a baby and my friend with her two kids. We wanted a place that would give us easy access to restaurants, great walks, ocean views and offer a cozy hang in the backyard, since with kids, we couldn't stay out in town at night. The backyard was the best part - loved the hot tub, the pool, the twinkle lights at night, the palm trees and the seating area. We couldn't get enough!

Santa Barbara Girls Trip!

It was perfect in every way! We were all pleasantly surprised as It was honestly much nicer than we expected. This house & backyard is nicer in person & we couldn't have asked for anything more. This was my first time as a renter or occupant & I was impressed with how well the house was stocked with everything!! One in our group immediately said she hopes to future rent this house with her family. Plus the owner is kind & contact & communication was very easy. Highly recommend this house!! 5 Stars!

Great Location, but not very clean

This house was in a great location. The backyard was amazing. The hot tub and pool was fine. The house was well stocked with towels and kitchen supplies. But the house itself was not very clean. When we walked in, the smell of dog was strong. There was dog hair on the blankets. The kitchen also wasn’t very clean. We did contact the host about sheets and they were quick to respond. But no response to my message about how clean it was. We probably wouldn’t stay here again.

House has potential

The location was great, check in great, communication with owner good but concerned with cleanliness of house. There was lots of dog hair on both the couch and chair in living room. Dog hair on the sheets and comforter in one bedroom. The top bunk bed felt very unstable. There were ants in both the kitchen and master bathroom. Just did not feel clean. The backyard was very pretty but the chairs and benches were covered in spider webs as of not washed down in some time. Lots of room for improvement.

Horrid

I was in this filthy house for 5 hours trying to get a refund. Mold in the shower, greasy dusty screens in the kitchen, cobwebs with giant dust balls on cabinets, under counters, in room screens, an open coconut oil jar with a knife in it, human hair on a knife from the drawer, a large piece of mold in a water pitcher in the fridge and more. i have pictures of all! It was depressing, gross, unsanitary, and ugly. I spoke to so many people from Vrbo and the management company, Evolve, and they were all unhelpful. I managed to get some money back and left more stressed than ever and after processing this debacle, am going to resume my quest to get a full refund and compensation for such a ratchet experience.
