A true STUNNER!! This villa is awaiting your arrival. You will create lasting memories in this 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom multi-level property. Spectacular marsh views can be seen from multiple porches and rooms, making this a one of a kind property. The natural beauty of Seabrook Island will unfold before you on a daily basis! The master bedroom is on the first level. Highlights include king bed, Smart TV, ceiling fan and access to a private covered deck with seating for three. The perfect place to hang out and read a book or watch for shrimp boats and kayakers. The full bath has a separate sink/vanity area and tub/shower combo. There is also a stacked washer/dryer on this level for your convenience.
Six steps up takes you to the dining are and kitchen. In the fully stocked kitchen you will have stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The large kitchen has a wooden service board. There is plenty of room to prepare meals for the family. The dining room sits just off the kitchen. A large table seats six. A wonderful spot for all to join and share a meal or a game of cards. Head up another six steps to the main living area. The soaring ceilings and wall of windows flood this space with light and the beauty of the island. The great room has two queen sleeper sofas and a large Smart TV. Sliding doors lead out to the screen porch. There is plenty of seating on the porch. It makes the perfect spot for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. Be ready to watch the sky light up each evening, as you watch the sun set. Seabrook Island is known for its beautiful marsh lands and the wildlife living in them. You will have a front row seat to this when staying in 1717 Shelter Cove.
Take the back steps down to the marsh and community dock, which is a peaceful place to wander and explore Seabrook Island's landscape. There is also a neighborhood pool that is in a beautiful, private setting just down the street. This is an ideal location with easy access to the Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, Lake House and bike path. Seabrook Islands 3.5 miles of beautiful beach is just a short car or bike ride away, as well as the Beach Club and Island House.
** Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes. Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge. MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 2 The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass
Only GAS LSVS allowed- gate pass required LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes. Requirements for LSVs Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed Usage Restrictions: For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules. Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Used the Lake House workout room and the lap pool. Both were excellent and easy to access. We enjoyed a wonderful meal in Fresh Fields and enjoyed shopping the unique and some familiar shops. The view from the rental was wonderful and we spent lots of time on the porch. Very well stocked kitchen and the towels and linens were really nice.

Marathon stay
Great location for quick weekend to support son running in Kiawah Island Marathon. Getting bikes to ride over was key. Communication okay with rental property, great sunset views from condo, would love to return in the warmer weather.

CANCELLATION POLICY: For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee.
