1341 Pelican Watch est une belle villa propre au 1er étage offrant une vue sur les couchers de soleil fabuleux chaque nuit sur l'eau. Le grand salon comprend une table à manger pour 4 personnes, un canapé-lit, une grande télévision, un lecteur DVD et plus. Les portes coulissantes en verre mènent au pont, idéal pour prendre un café ou un apéritif et admirer la vue imprenable sur l’eau.
Cartes de services vous donnant accès aux installations du Seabrook Island Club: piscines extérieure (en saison) en bord de mer, piscine extérieure en plein air au Nid de Pelican, restaurant / bar en bord de mer (Island House), restaurants / bar, golf, tennis et piscines intérieure / extérieure de Lake House. centre, sont inclus dans le loyer. This one bedroom (two full bath) condo is perfect for a quick beach getaway for my husband and I. It was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. What is most magical about this place is the proximity to a quiet beach. We didn't use the amenity card but appreciated having it if we wanted. And while we didn't bring our pup, we could have!

Pelican Watch Favorite!

We have stayed at a few condos in Pelican Watch, and this was our favorite so far. Exceptionally clean, well stocked, and matched pictures provided. The property management company was highly responsive on a few minor questions. I would definitely book again!

This property has everything you need to have a great visit to Seabrook Island. It could use a little updating in the bathrooms, but it was clean, had gorgeous views, a nice little porch and easy access to the beach! Pet friendly was a definite plus!

Great stay!

We had a nice 3-night stay here in October for our Fall Break. The pull out sofa was comfortable for my son. The unit was clean, nicely decorated, and had everything one would need for a nice stay. We will definitely be back!!

Revisiting Seabrook

This unit in Pelicans Watch is a perfect location for easy access to the beach, the club, and getting on and off the island. It was nicely decorated and very clean and comfortable. I would love to stay there again.

Great location and comfy stay!

This condo is a great location and has a good view off of the porch. The condo was clean and both the king bed and the sofa bed were comfortable! Communication with the hosts was perfect and answered all of our questions! Having the laundry there was helpful as well. Overall a really great time, I highly recommend this condo!

Can’t beat the location

Pelican Watch always proves to be a great spot, Quiet,, Amazing sunrises and sunsets, The condo was ok, could use a little TLC with paint, cobwebs in corners, but did have updated bathrooms which were very accommodating . There were plenty of kitchen supplies, fresh clean linens and towels. I highly recommend a visit ,, We had a lovely time .

Summer Vacation

We loved staying here with our dogs. It was a perfect place to take your fur babies. There was an outside door on the patio for easy access to the grass or beach. We most definitely will be staying here again. It was the perfect gateway!

Beautiful place, best location on Seabrook. Wonderful hosts, very responsive to needs. Very poorly insulated though, if you have a loud upstairs neighbor beware. Nothing the hosts can control. Fantastic stay.

Magical Location

This one bedroom, pet friendly, condo is perfect for a couple and their canine best friend. It is comfortable and well equipped, but what makes it really great is it’s location overlooking the Edisto river where it meets the sea. The view from the porch is beautiful and the beach is just a boardwalk away. And if you prefer an Oceanside beach instead, Seabrook Island has that too!

Beautiful & Furbaby Friendly!

We enjoyed our stay very much! From our morning coffee on the terrace to bike rides to beach walks to the scenery and all the animals (deer, birds, dolphins, and of course bugs). Super fun & relaxing! The 1st time we've actually been on vacation and felt rested and recalibrated upon returning home. WE WILL BE BACK!

Great place to CHILL!

Beautiful, relaxing resort community with very little going on this time of year.......PERFECT for recharging the batteries. These units overlook the river, with beaches ideal for sunrise and sunset walks with the dogs (we had 2). Good local restaurants and shopping, and a short ride to Charleston if you want to expand those horizons. I would return tomorrow and stay forever, just that kind of place.

Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee (60 days required for some larger homes).

For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.

For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
