Some rentals feel right when you enter, and this is one of them. This 2nd floor impeccably decorated condo is spacious, luxurious, and comfortable.

The neighboring National Seashore Preserve forever protects Sandy Key's beaches. Sandy Key is the place for you if you prefer your walks on the beach solely in the company of the seagulls, Blue Herons, and seashells. Sandy Key is located on 800 feet of Beach Front. This unit has 1219 SF of living area and a 200 SF beachfront balcony. Ceramic tile throughout the Living, Dining, Kitchen, and hardwood floors in the Bedrooms. The 8th floor is the top floor, with a partially open balcony and glorious sunlight streaming throughout.

This condo is exactly as described and pictured! The location is perfect as well. It was very clean and the kitchen had all we needed. Although the check in and out process occurs off property, it couldn’t be easier. The views are perfect and breathtaking! We had a wonderful time and would love to visit again!

Great stay!

This condo is in the perfect location for our family! The only complaint is having to go to the property management company off property to check in and out. Not a huge issue, but I haven’t had to do that in years, so it was a bit annoying. Our room was ready early, though, so that made up for it!

Perfect Beach Condo

You couldn’t ask for a better location — just steps from the beach! The spacious balcony is perfect for relaxing or enjoying meals with a view. Plus, you’re just minutes away from great restaurants and local hotspots!

Great condo

We loved our stay and loved our condo and the property. We did have two disappointments. One was when we checked in. Our condo wasn’t ready at checkin time. We were exhausted from our drive and it was so hot having to wait. It was not ready until after 4:30. To me that was really unacceptable. After we finally got into the condo we had a few questions but office was already closed for the weekend.if we had been able to check in on time this wouldn’t have been a problem. The other was the hours of the pool. It closed at sunset. Everyone there was complaining about that. People ear dinner and then want to take their little ones to 5he pool when it’s not too hot and by the time they get there it’s closing down soon after. I’ve never been to a condo when the pool closed so early.

Perfect Beach Rental

Great location, clean condo, exactly what we were hoping for! So convenient bring in the second floor. Very low key even on the holiday weekend (Memorial Dsy). We’ll definitely srr yr at here again!

First the positive. The location of the property was very close to the beach. It was an easy walk to get set up for the day. The property was clean considering the age of the property. It was decorated nicely. The negative is that there was mold all around the perimeter of the balcony near the edge of the concrete floor. It appears this was probably an issue from winter but it should have been cleaned with bleach or mold cleaner. The only other negative is that the bathrooms were small. The hall bath I understand is typically small for kids but the primary bath was not convenient to use. The shower was small like a mobile home shower with little room to turn around in it and the vanity area was small that there was no room for toiletries for two people. Overall we enjoyed being in Perdido Key but will be looking for a more updated place to stay in the future.

Awesome & relaxing!

I love Perdido! The condo was perfect and one of the cleanest I’ve stayed in! My late husband and I spent 30 years several times a year in Seagrove on 30A and love it there but it’s become a Seaside 2! My son and family stayed at the complex across from me and this turned out absolutely wonderful! Thank you so much for the great communication with manager. The emails were helpful! I can’t say enough about how impressed I am! I’ll be back!!! Perfect condo!

Great condo with nice updates and clean. Check in was so easy. Condo very convenient, located close to stairway and easy access to the beach with a short walk way. Beach set ups available. Our main issue with our stay was the TV's. Dish network kept saying-updating outside unit and it never updated. We don't have Roku so that wasn't an option for us. I would suggest having some sort of instructions for the tv's. We also had a great experience with the cleaning ladies that returned our missing Airpods to the rental office and we were able to retrieve them. All in all a great Condo!

Weekend getaway

Great stay. Condo has everything you need. Awesome location. Would definitely rent again. The only improvement I would suggest, would be to upgrade to keypad door lock instead of having to keep up with a key. Other than that, GREAT!
