The Space:
Step into the world of modern elegance. Adorned with a makeup vanity and a light-up onyx entertainment center. The bathroom features a luxurious standing shower, while the full kitchen caters to your culinary desires. Ascend to the second floor with a bar height counter, perfect for working with a view. Retreat to the queen bed for a peaceful sleep. This villa is an epitome of refined luxury, offering a seamless blend of glamorous style and comfort.
Additional Guests: We allow for 2 guest at our standard rate in all units. All units with the exception of Lux Lounge can accommodate 4 guests.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to all 5 acres of 7744 Ranch Resort, Koi Pond, Sauna, Stone Pizza Oven, Michael Phelps Hot Tub, Gazebos, Grass Lounge Bed, Outdoor dining spaces, mini library, and yoga studio and 2 outside grills.
The Neighborhood:
Discover Austin's hidden gem at 7744 Ranch, just 9mi from Austin-Bergstrom Airport. Gorgeous landscapes, convenient access to attractions. Escape reality, embrace nature, and enjoy Austin's liveliness outside of our gates if that's more your speed!
Getting Around:
You have parking for two cars right in front of your Villa. We also have a parking lot near the front entrance.
Other Things to Note:
We allow 4 guest for The Studio .
This Glamping estate has a downstairs pull out couch for the extra guest .
We are dog friendly for well behaved dogs . Our fee is $25 and must be part of your reservation. Dogs are required to be on leash at all times .
We are located 2 miles from Rodeo, 10 miles from COTA/F1, Airport 5miles, Executive Airport 8 miles, Tesla Gigafactory 4 miles, 9 miles Downtown.
