This unique and tranquil studio's stairs lead straight onto the sand, lapped by turquoise waters of NW Nassau, and give you the chance to get away from it all.

Whether you want to relax on the soft white sands , or on the screened balcony up amongst the palms, here you get a chance to breathe, relax and re-combobulate.

The choice of dining is diverse, whether at the local beach bar, home prepared foods from the local supermarket, or a brief drive to the numerous restaurants and bars nearby.

The studio apartment is airy and feels like you are truly in the tropics, with the calming sea breeze rustling the palm leaves right near the balcony. Its almost give the sensation you are in an eyrie, far away from madding crowds, and lends a peaceful easy feeling to your stay.

Set in Bahamian gardens, there is a hammock strung between the palm trees, and Adirondack like chairs to just sit in the waving sea grass admiring the ocean. With picnic tables, and a bbq near the sand dune to cook some of the great food at the nearby supermarkets, you can nip down for a swim in the clear waters, whilst the food cooks, and then enjoy the afternoon or evening stillness that often follows sundown.
Other things to note
There are very few places in Nassau that still have this simple out-island vibe, so these little studios are a jewel in the local community, not only as cost-effective places to stay, but also as a truer representation of what island life is like in the beautiful Bahamas - It really is Better in The Bahamas - friendly people and exquisite sand, seas and ocean creatures. It is also a great location to snorkel, and admire all the wonderful parrotfish, and blue tangs waltzing around the shallow reefs. A paddle board, or two, is also available for guest use, with a further deposit.
