Located on the private side of Lake Anna, this gorgeous home with a private boat ramp and jet ski ramp is the perfect getaway for you and your loved ones to make memories. The home sits on a short deep-water cove so that you can enjoy all the action close by. Bring your boat or rent one to fish, water ski, paddleboard, kayak (there are two available,) or enjoy every other waterfront activity you can imagine. At the end of the day, relax your muscles in the new (spring 2023) saltwater hot tub. Take in the gorgeous, sprawling lake views from the newly built deck. Gather around the firepit to roast marshmallows and tell stories until the stars come out to dot the sky.

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows and an airy atmosphere. Relax and make yourself at home by curling up on the plush furniture to read a good book by the fireplace or stream your favorite movie on the large TV. Prepare grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the full kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and a formal dining table. Downstairs, you'll find a recreational area filled with books, board games, a foosball table, an air hockey table, and a pool table for friendly competition. Kids will love hosting sleepovers in the bunk beds, where they can make memories that'll last a lifetime.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
For little guests, baby gates and a Pack N Play are provided.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
