Kick back and relax in this beautiful and recently remodeled space. Take a short walk to historic Hico and check out the local shops and great local foods . Fun, family friendly indoor climbing facility right down the road! Our home is a three bedroom two bath, with two living areas and a garage that is used for a game room with billiards and ping-pong! Large fenced backyard.

2 living areas, game room in garage, large fenced backyard and patio. Tons of room to play! 3 bedrooms and spacious fully stocked kitchen.

You will have access to the full house and yard

We advertise as holding 8 guest as there are 3 queen beds and 1 queen air mattress available. If you need more guests to show on the reservation, for instance children, please contact Ashley and she will help walk you through including the correct amount of guests on the reservation.

Loved the house. Each room was cozy and we enjoyed both family room for either sitting around talking or watching the football games. Bedrooms were nicely done, beds were comfortable and there was a nice big kitchen. Everything was clean and Owner was quick to respond to questions....even for local restaurants. It is super close to the downtown area to walk to. Very happy with our stay and would rent again if we are in the area.

Bedding was dusty. House was not as pristine and looked after as the pictures would lead you to believe. Check in was a fiasco, wrong code given then poor English speaking customer service at VRBO. I would not rent this home again.

Very comfortable for 3 couples. Supplies were amazing. Walking distance of the fun shops in downtown Hico, as well as the Koffee Kup restaurant and chocolate shop! Highly recommend!

Perfectly met out needs, great location

This house met our needs for 4 couples perfectly! Great location to restaurants and shops. Kitchen was well- equipped. I left an item behind and the host was super-accommodating to help me retrieve it. I would absolutely recommend this home and would return.

Great house in Hico!

This 3 bedroom place in Hico was perfect for our family visiting our daughter at Tarleton State for the weekend. She loved getting out of the dorm and we all felt “at home” in this comfy house. Thanks for a great stay!!

Location was walking distance to rehearsal dinner and venue. Shower in master was very small, but other than that the house was great! Nice porch to sit out on, pool table in garage, kept the groomsmen entertained. Cute little town, enjoyed the weekend’

We took our annual girls trip to Hico, TX and found this sweet house. It was perfect for our group of 5
 we had plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable. It was well stocked with everything we needed. We highly recommend it.

Perfect Accommodation in a Quaint Little Town

This was a perfectly clean, beautifully decorated home. Great kitchen, two living areas and split bedrooms for privacy. I highly recommend it for a friends or family trip. The little town was full of super friendly people and cute little boutiques for shopping!

Weekend in HICO, Texas

We came to HICO with 2 other couples to support and watch Songbird Jones perform at Canoe outfitters. The house was perfectly located as we never had to use our cars. Everything was within walking distance. The home was so well decorated and so comfortable. We had a wonderful weekend. Thanks, Ashley.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

This gem of a house is just across the street from Eis the sandwich and drink shop and just walk across the main road to have access to all the shops and more restaurants of Hico. All a SHORT walk from the front steps. The large backyard is fenced and shaded, while the front has access to ample parking.
