Your next tropical getaway awaits in this lovely condo! Located in the heart of Kailua-Kona, you're only a stone's throw from Ali'i Drive, historic downtown Kona, and the beach, so you'll always have something to do. While exploring the downtown area, check out all the unique shops and retail venues. You'll also find several notable convenience and department stores within a mile of you, so you can stock up on the essentials whenever you like. If you start to get hungry, there are plenty of tasty restaurants for you and your friends to eat at.

Back at the vacation rental, you'll be greeted by a wonderfully Hawaiian aesthetic with surfboards and interior decor, followed by a kitchen where you'll be able to prepare a meal. Kick up your feet on the couch and relax a bit as you stream your favorite movie /TV show or cast it with AIrPlay if you'd prefer. Head outside and relax your body in the newly renovated pool, and cook up some burgers on the gas grill. Be sure to visit the Courtyard hotel for the luau and experience the magic of Hawaii!

Everything you need

We loved our stay in Kona. The location is a quick walk to the shops and made getting snorkel gear at Boss Frog super easy.With picky eaters, a full kitchen was a must. It was great being able to prepare food with ease and the kids loved having a swim while dad grilled.Things to keep in mind: it is an older building, but cutely updated, but you can hear as people come and go. The a/c is turned off when no one is there to conserve energy, that and the carpet gives a musty smell, but it airs out as the a/c runs. Overall, we had a great stay!

Cleanest most equipped rental to date!

This has to be the cleanest and most well-equipped unit I’ve experienced. The condo is on the older side but the maintenance of it was really impressive. They provided everything I could think of which says a lot since I usually bring my own cleaning/laundry agents!The only thing I did not like was being required to upload a photo of my ID to an app I don’t know/never heard of/wasn’t provided a security certificate for. Otherwise—centrally located, very clean, walkable neighborhood with lots of amenities.

Nice place

The condo was a bit difficult to find in the dark. Once there it was clean and a very nice place to stay. There were 3 of us and the sleeper sofa was comfortable for myself. The condo is within walking distance to many of the shops and restaurants along the beach road.

Convenient in Kona

This condo is in a great location for walk ability -close to the beach and restaurants. Nice balcony, pool and full kitchen. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great location

Loved the location very close to shopping center & downtown. Nice touch with the welcome goodies. :-) Everything was in this condo, beach items, bedding, towels, coffee maker, hot water kettle. AC was perfect for the hot weather.

Clean and great location

The property was a great location and it was very clean. They had everything needed for beach supplies and the kitchen had everything needed as well. Close walk to shops and restaurants.
