Kona Plaza, situĂ© en plein cƓur de Kailua-Kona, est un immeuble en copropriĂ©tĂ© calme et privĂ© Ă  distance de marche de tout ce que vous voulez faire Ă  Kona. Juste de l'autre cĂŽtĂ© de la rue, vous pouvez aller Ă  la plage, Ă  la jetĂ©e, au shopping et aux meilleurs restaurants de la ville. Cette unitĂ© de condo (303) est situĂ©e au troisiĂšme Ă©tage donnant sur la magnifique baie de Kailua avec une vue directe sur l'ocĂ©an.

Totalement rénové en 2018, le condo comprend une chambre avec un nouveau lit king-size et un nouveau canapé-lit queen-size trÚs confortable et un nouveau lit escamotable / queen dans le salon (2 à 6 personnes). Des matelas gonflables sont également disponibles si les enfants / adultes veulent dormir sur la véranda (nos garçons adorent dormir dehors sur la véranda). Le condo a récemment été entiÚrement rénové et redécoré dans un style tropical et confortable. Il comprend une cuisine entiÚrement équipée pour cuisiner (nouveau lave-vaisselle) ainsi qu'une laveuse / sécheuse à l'intérieur de l'unité.

Les clients de l'unitĂ© Kona Plaza 303 peuvent profiter de la piscine d'eau salĂ©e sur place (sans chlore), des terrasses, de l'espace barbecue (Ă  quelques pas) et du parking souterrain sĂ©curisĂ© du garage. À proximitĂ©, vous trouverez des magasins supplĂ©mentaires, des galeries d'art, des magasins de vĂȘtements de plage, des salons de coiffure, des spas, des bijouteries et de bons restaurants. Emplacement parfait pour les touristes ou les voyageurs aguerris.

Cet endroit est parfait pour le championnat du monde Ironman Triathlon. Vous pouvez également regarder la partie natation de la compétition depuis la véranda ou l'une des terrasses et le marathon (sur Ali'i Dr) depuis la véranda. Spinner Dolphins saute devant pour votre divertissement presque tous les jours! Les énormes portes coulissantes en verre à réduction acoustique sur la véranda donnent sur Ali'i Drive et l'océan et bloquent tout bruit. Les portes coulissantes en verre sont en verre insonorisé et offrent une expérience trÚs silencieuse pour tout le monde dans l'unité. La climatisation centrale du bùtiment est fournie, avec un nouveau contrÎleur pour un contrÎle climatique plus précis et confortable.

Mary is a fantastic host. She got in touch right away when we booked to check if we had any questions. Then answered quickly whenever we did. She sent the check-in instructions which were very clear and specific. Check-in was smooth and easy.The condo is fantastic. She has everything you could possibly need during your stay. Seriously. Everything. The AC kept us cool. And having garage parking with elevator access is a huge bonus!The location is perfect. Walking distance to everything in town. And only a 2-hour drive to Volcanoes National Park. The ocean view is great for sunsets.We’ve rented several different condos in Kailua-Kona. All were lovely. But Mary’s was by far the best! We’ll be going back in the future.

We enjoyed our stay here! The host was great at replying to questions i had before trip. Her directions for check in and out were great. The condo was clean, well stocked ( i personally loved the ice machine!) eating our meals on -large lanai was great with a beautiful view!! We never used pool as we went to beaches instead. The bed in bedroom was comfortable! We were able to walk to restaurants in area and checkout shops! We thought it was a good area. Looking forward to going back again!!

This was the most organized and well stocked condo we have stayed. My adult son and I travel to the Big Island every year to snorkel and the location and amenties were fantastic. Loved the location and pleased that it was quiet despite the proximity to Ali'i drive. Sleeping arrangements were very comfortable and the best air conditioning set up of any place we have stayed. We bring our own snorkel gear because we like ours but this condo has all the snorkel equipment available for many people. The host is very communicative and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

book this place now! Great communication from the host . Everything in the unit was labeled perfectly. Nice view of the Ocean . Was fully equipped with all the beach gear youll need . Different sets and sizes of snorkel gear. Comfortable bed. Only suggestion is if you plan on doing laundry dont wait untill the last minute because the dryer takes a long time to dry due to it being ventless.

Definitely 5* so much is packed into this 637sq.ft. condo that the only thing you might want more of is a little more space. Everything and i mean everything is there for you from the usual supplies to coolers, beach items and even snorkeling equipment to every spice you need to cook and the ziplock bags to store leftovers. The king size bed is super comfy as are the recliners and couch in the living room. No dining room but the patio has a table with 4 very comfortable chairs. Not allowed to have things hanging on the balcony to dry, no problem as a drying rack is there for you out there. We never even needed the washer and dryer. The location was so perfect. We could walk to restaurants and we could get into the free underground parking garage from the back so no need to get stuck in downtown traffic. Mary was so quick to communicate if we needed anything. We travel all over the world and never go back to the same place twice, but if we did, we wouldn't stay anywhere else.

This was a fantastic property right in the heart of historic Kailua-Kona. I cannot believe how close it was to the palace! Mart has thought of everything! Just pack a bathing suit and you are set!

This was a fantastic place to stay in Kona, right in the heart of old Kona village. It had everything we needed, including plenty of swimming gear like snorkels, masks, fins, and towels. The kitchen was well-equipped with various cooking pans and utensils. We enjoyed a lovely view of the street and the ocean below. There’s also a covered garage for parking if needed. The hosts were wonderful and very responsive. I will definitely seek out this place for my next trip to Kona!

Superb

Can't get a better location in the heart of downtown Kailua-Kona and interactions with the host were timely and thorough. The condo was clean, new appliances, everything worked as it should. The place is loaded.....towels, beach gear, just about anything and everything a couple or family would want. The kitchen is incredible...Everything is stocked and labeled. We absolutely will go back.

Limited AC, crowded space, lots & lots beach stuff

Pros: owner responsive, location in middle of Kona, multiple copies of everything you need for the beach, lots of fans (they are needed) Cons: Listing says building has central AC. Upon arrival place was 85 and learned building AC hasn’t worked in years. There’s a large floor AC in the bedroom that cooled off that room, living room stayed hot. Listing needs to be corrected. Check-in and check- out instructions were overwhelming. As mentioned in other reviews, lots of furniture in the living room. To use either murphy bed, must move large recliners into hallway. And upon leaving, must put everything back and wash bedding. Summary: If you are a small group, want to be downtown Kona, don’t worry about AC, and spend your time at the beach this may work for you.

Perfect condo

The condo was perfect! It was clean and comfortable. There was everything you would ever need. The large lanai had a great view - I saw whales every day including a beautiful breach! It was easy access to the main roads to get to anywhere on the island. You could walk to many great restaurants and shops. We would highly recommend!

Kailua-Kona stay

Communication with owner was excellent. She was very accommodating and even allowed us to drop our luggage early so we didn't have to drive around all day with our bags in our car. The place is very well equipped with kitchen goods, beach & snorkel gear, toiletries, etc. You can't beat the location - shops/restaurants/bars/pier/beach all within walking distance. We saw about 40 dolphins from the patio. My only criticism (if you can call it that) is the oversized furniture. Two enormous reclining chairs are in the living area and there is no where to move them if you open the sleep-away & trundle bed. The furniture on the patio is also difficult to get around. We were out most of the day, anyway. I would definitely stay here over a hotel because of all the amenities.

Great location

We had a great stay! Mary was very responsive, and her condo was very well stocked with beach equipment and other condo necessities. She even let us check in a bit early since it was vacant the day we arrived.

Best spot in Kona

We had a blast here. Walking distance to the water, restaurants, shopping centers and more. Mary is a very generous host and provided us with everything we needed to enjoy our trip. Above and beyond. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Kona area.

A Hawaiian Gem! Fully stocked!

In the heart of Kailua-Kona! The best part was waking up to the sounds of the ocean waves and ending our evening with the sunset and sounds of music from nearby establishments. The apartment complex is quiet and secured. The hosts have really thought of everything. There was not one item missing from this home. I especially appreciated the array of spices available. It was great to have enough dishes supplied in the house. The house has all the beach gear you need (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, snorkeling equipment for ALL ages, ice chests, water bottles, and even sunscreen!!!) We will definitely stay here again when returning to the island!

This unit is as close to central Kailua-Kona as you can get. Go down the stairs or use the elevator and be in the middle of everything Kona has to offer. Including one of the closest rental units to the start line of the World Championship Ironman Triathlon. Underground secure parking is a rare bonus in Kona. Watch marine life like Spinner Dolphins and Humpbacks, harbor boats, canoe races, cruise ships, submarines and harbor activities from the living room and lanai!
